Absolutely the worst pizza I’ve ever - ever had in my entire life!!!
First off. I get a call from a woman at Domino’s at the time when the app should be notifying me that 2 XL pizzas are supposed to be ready. The woman tells me that they were out of thin and crispy crust which I had requested for the XL ultimate pepperoni . (Really?! - on a NFL play off Sunday???).
She asks me if I would like to instead have the same crust which was on the xl extraviganzza pizza which I had also ordered.
I disappointingly agree.
When I arrive my pizzas were ready earlier than they should have been according to the time she told me on the phone.
A woman brought them to me and did not offer to show me the pizza before I accepted them.
I left and returned home.
Upon opening the pepperoni pizza I noted that it was cut in just six slices. My wife also noted the same on the second pizza.
As an X Large, I was disappointed in what I saw.
The pizza did not “shine” with any appearance of being fresh at all. Lifting one pepperoni slice out of the box, I immediately noticed that it was wet and soggy and was not cut all the way through which resulted in dragging the slices on either side of it out of the box with it ~ making these now glob of wet slices unbearable to serve up as the contents slid off the slice as I unsuccessfully tried to pull the slices apart.
The quality and taste of both XL pizzas was beyond my ability to understand what I was experiencing let alone figure out what happened to the quality of either pizza.
Neither one of us finished the first slice and ALL of it went into the trash.
To be honest, I suspect they made an error with the crust and rather admitting so, instead they chose to offer me the ultimate pepperoni with the same crust which was on the Extraviganzza
The only error that I made, was noting that I had placed the order at the wrong Domino’s Pizza store. A mistake I will never again… Normally I order 6-8 pizzas at the store off Decatur and Sahara for meetings or 1-2 pizzas at 6540 E lake mead.
If this had been my first experience at a Domino’s Pizza, it would also have been my last. I have always enjoyed Domino’s pepperoni pizza on the thin and crispy crust. This was way too far away in terms of expectant quality and taste.
The store has an old and worn out appearance. It seems as though the quality of the interior of the store truly represents the quality of what was inside the box.
I am disappointed for the employees. Somehow this whole situation was allowed to occur. This is not their first day of making pizza’s.

We didn't have a lot of time so waiting the hour it took for our order to be delivered was unacceptable, especially since they are literally (1 residential street) a minute away from my residence. Upon delivery the driver was very nice. When we opened up the boxes, the pizza looked horrible!!! I didn't even think it was possible for them to look like that. They looked really dry and burnt. The manager, Jose, already knew who I was and what my order was and said that when they cook it without cheese the pizza burns. I have ordered from this location countless times, and 9 times out of ten it is a bad experience. They either take forever to deliver, forget my drink, or in this case deliver pizza that should be thrown in the dumpster. I called them right away and explained to the manager, Jose, that my pizzas look horrible and I would like it fixed. Again, since we didn't have a lot of time I told him that we would did not have a lot of time and that we would need them ready asap. I asked him for an estimated time that we would have it, and his response was that he wasn't sure. He would get the new order delivered as soon as he could. I asked if it was going to take another hour? He said he wasn't sure. So I told him that I was going to pick it up. He said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I find it hard to believe that if it takes 10 minutes to cook, that it would take 50 minutes to deliver. It took me 1 minute to get there. I understand that there are other deliveries but my goodness. I only wish that I could post the pictures of the pizzas here. I ordered 2 medium hand tossed pizzas. 1 Pepperoni & 1 Sausage. It was an online order. The manager explained that I ordered it with no cheese. I'm sorry but who in their right mind orders pizza with NO CHEESE??? I have never ordered a pizza with no cheese. I even told him to look at my order history, because he was telling me one thing and I was telling him another. He told me on the phone that he didn't want to call me a liar. So maybe Domino's should take a look at their app and see if there is something going on. Now days people do not have any customer service skills what so ever. This manager, Jose, should not be in the position he is in. Please, please corporate put a little more money into training your associates! Or eventually we who order from you will go to your competitors. Lastly, please fix your phone!!! It sounds like you all are speaking...

So I ordered my pizzas online and when I sent my brothers to pick them up and they did not let them buy them since they were paying with card so when they came back home my mom and I left to go pick them up since they were under my name and when I arrived to the location and there was either the manager or shift leader walking around ignoring the fact that I had entered the establishment and took 15 mins to not even ask me correctly if I was there to order Anything or to pick up. When I let him know about my order he had told me that he'd canceled my order and sold my pizzas to another person with in the time lapse of my brother getting home and its driving back was not even 5 mins. I have never had this ever happen to me at any local pizza place or competitors restaurants. The service was extremely poor, the employees very rude and disrespectful.
