Machetes Mexican Food — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I decided to come back because their food was simply the best! This time I tried it again, and was super disappointed. The food was just not good. I had ordered some Machetes and some tacos. The tortillas for the machetes were chewy and tasted old. I have had them before and they were never this chewy. The meat also had a funky taste. Delicious food. We found them at taco festival. Had an al pastor machete quesadilla there. We went to their restaurant later in the week following the event. We got another al pastor machete quesadilla, chorizo breakfast burrito, and chicken gorditas. Everything was delicious. We’ll definitely be back. Wow! These are the best quesadillas I've ever had. First off, they are truly gigantic! Tons of meat (I had birria), loads of cheese, and just the right amount of lettuce and birria consume. The tortillas taste homemade, and they are huge. We also had a birria taco which was also great. Lots of outdoor seating that is in the shade. Don't let the appearance put you off from visiting this place Definitely going to come back to try some other things...
