It's just sauce right? It has been six years since we ordered or had Domino's Pizza. We wanted to give D's another chance and they were right there....more of laziness than opportunity. I will as transparent as I can and fair. The reason six years ago was poor service and quality of food. I will say both of those have improved. We had a carryout and there was no one in, waiting, no pies being made (what former employees as a kids called it long ago) and the phones were barely ringing. We placed our order and because of previous poor service I checked my pizza. Impressed with the pizza i didn't look at the chicken assuming those would be just as good.....my mistake! We got all the way home to enjoy family dinner. My wife cannot heat pizza for medical reason but excited about the wings. When she opened them up the first comment i heard was " i could have done this at home". I went to see and was agreed to my wife's comment. We were very disappointed as we thought D's would have changed in six years. They just squeezed some blob of sauce on ONE SIDE of wings, not evenly on wings, some wings with blobs, some with barely any sauce , and just a terrible presentation. None of Domino's competitors or even small pizza parlors are this lazy. Everyone at least sauce the whole wing. We ordered two of these worthless wings. We didn't even eat them as one side was sauced. Cannot take the time to sauce wings when the store isn't busy is a clear sign of laziness and not taking pride in the presentation. Remember that most people eat with their eyes first. If it doesn't look right then it is unlikely it would be appealing. This is why there is a thing called garnishing and presentation. Read moreAbsolutely disgusting service. We had a issue with our cc number being stolen when ordering food. A worker kept saying the cc info over and over out loud and was very rude about it when asked about it. I asked for a manager and was given the GM who was right next to her. His name is Patrick. He is also extremely rude and disrespectful so I get why the employees are. I was told in 30 minutes my food would arrive. Two hours later my food still was not here. I called back and got Patrick who was also rude again and told me oh your food hasn't came yet? Maybe the driver got lost. Mind you we order there a few times a week because my son is extremely picky. He then laughed. A hour after that we got our order. I went to the website to make a complaint on Patrick. The next day I got a phone call from Patrick that was recorded from beginning to end. When I told him the complaint was against him and I didn't feel comfortable making a complaint with him I was told I was no longer would they deliver to me. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am giving everyone a fair warning be very careful giving your cc number out to them over the phone they are shady. If you like late delivery, disrespectful customer service, wrong items, pizza flipped upside down, or very sloppy made, this domino's is for you. As a human I feel I should let anyone visiting Las Vegas or who lives in Las Vegas know this is the worst dominos in the entire Las Vegas and they don't even care. Read moreSo my sister places an order over the phone after waiting on hold 10 minutes. That’s fine they give her the total of whatshe orders and give her a wait time of 15-20 minutes, totally understandable. When I get to the store after 20-25 minutes the man who spoke to my sister on the phone who got her name and info apparently has no sign of her order whatsoever (No chance that we placed the order at another store because we’ve used this dominos for 10+ years even when the food was terrible we still showed support to our local dominos) so great after spending 5 minutes figuring out he’s lost and has no clue to the order I’m placing as well as almost handing me someone else’s order, I re order and pay cash, my change was short so I had to ask for it once to get fixed and then another time because it was short AGAIN. All of that I can chalk up to being busy since I’ve came from a background of fast food but the reasoning for this review is entirely on the fact that I waited 30 minutes INSIDE the store just to walk up and see my order sitting there, and the man behind the counter laughing because he knows I’ve been waiting a ridiculous amount of time just for my order to sit and wait longer.
