Just like the other reviewers, the small dog park has terrible plants for long haired dogs. ⚠️My dog and I were covered in burrs. You can see it on his feet in the picture. Then you can see my own sweater in the video, also covered in burrs.
Took me 2 hours to get it out of him, then 3 hours for my sibling. We just had to cut my dogs hair because it was taking too much time to pull out.
This used to be my favorite spot, but I probably won’t come here again until next season. There’s 3 total areas. 1 small dog area, 2 big dog area (2 separate spaces divided by a fence).
The small dog park is not small at all, it gives a lot of room for your dog to run around. Benches everywhere.

My only concern is one of the fountains in the large dog area doesn't drain, so you have dogs drinking the water that has been sitting with who knows how many other dogs drool. This fountain is on the east large dog area so I advise bringing your water or sticking with the area to the west, closest to the road across from the smaller dog area. Otherwise, this park is great. Attached to Craig Ranch, you can enter from the backside of the park off of Lone Mountain, but sometimes the road gets closed off if there is a big event at the park, so plan accordingly. It's a big park, split into two sides for the big dogs, and a separate small dog park across the street, which is fantastic because at other parks the little and big dogs will just bark at each other incessantly. Benches, lights, pathways, water, it's got everything except for soft grass (right now). There's even a couple of water spigots outside the park so you can wash off your dogs feet, or your own!...
