Dylan's Family Ice Cream — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Upon entering was quickly greeted with amazing customer service. Asked if we had any questions re: the menu. And of course we did " What do you recommend" Cause I would try to order everything honestly.

We opted for Smores & Oreo Cookies Sundaes, Sherbet & a 2 scoop. We were given the option for toppings and oh yes I def indulged in that extra dairy goodness. One thing about me I am lactose - however sometimes you just have to indulge, and live life. Or at least that is what I do.

Interior was still festive from the Christmas decor. There are a few table arrangements. Limited capacity as we are still in the Covid Era of things. You walk in one door and exit out the other. Staff was wearing masks and gloves.

Would most def recommend - pricing was beyond reasonable. Service was stellar. I truly love good customer service - we are surrounded by so many people that only work but clearly don't enjoy their job. Here it was wonderful. Will truly be back for...

Dillens had some great flavors, including two that seemed pretty unique and I don't think I'd find them anywhere else. I enjoyed classics such at Birthday Cake and Cherry. Both had great flavor. But how fun to have Circus Animal Cookie! The ice cream is pink and has the flavor on animal cookies as well as chunks of the icing covered cookies throughout the scoop! I also enjoyed the Chocolate Malt Crunch - a rich malted chocolate ice cream with little crunchy bits of sweetness!

If I have to get really picky and be the ice cream connoisseur that I am, I would say that this ice cream isn't as perfectly creamy as I prefer it to be - it's a bit more on the icy side. But the great flavors...

We've been faithful customers of Dylan’s Ice Cream in North Las Vegas for the past few years and absolutely love it! The workers are always kind and make the best sundaes. We’ve visited many ice cream shops, but this one is our favorite for its massive scoops and the pricing is very reasonable compared to other shops. The atmosphere is great and they make you feel like family. The workers are always very welcoming!
