I had a balance on an old LVAC membership card. I asked if I could use it & was told it had to be transferred to the app. Then I was told there would be a wait time & I probably wouldn't get a notice until Monday because there is a wait list & the office is closed (it's Friday). All is fine until I ask for the phone number to the office. To my surprise I get asked why I want it. I said to follow up. The guy said there was no need because I'd get a text... so I asked if there was no number. Again he asked why I wanted it. I repeated myself... then he repeated himself. I then asked if there was NO office. He said yes but he doesn't know the number... his supervisor, Carla, knows it who was not in. I told him it's weird he'd say there was an office then have NO CLUE what the phone number is or how to get it.
Are young adults this clueless? I knew there had to be a number. I got it off Google. Also, when he said the was a wait list, he proceeded to flip through the other pages... THEY WERE BLANK! So I question the validity of said wait list.
To Carla, How does an employee provide information then not know how a patron can contact the office. Then to ask WHY I wanted the number. It shouldn't matter WHY to him. It's my money... If I say I want to follow up, it's my prerogative. Instead his idea of help was, "Oh, you don't need to follow up. You'll get a text."
Too bad I didn't get his name but he seemed to be of latino background & on the...
Read moreKatie is always rude to customers and very dismissive. Today I arrived at 5:50 am to jump on a zoom call before my workout, and politely asked her if there was some kind of misunderstanding between us I was unaware of due to her always giving me dirty looks and rolling her eyes for the 5 months since I've been a member. Her response was “I don’t like the way you look at me and I don’t like your vibe”. I replied “ the only way to know if I'm looking at you, is if you’re looking at me” and I walked away to my table to jump on the zoom call. A few moments later, she abandoned the juice bar with no one covering the store, and aggressively approached my table and came super close to me in my personal space and says “do you have a problem?!?” all the while I'm on a company call. Took my ear buds out and she proceeded to say “I'm a woman, dont ask me questions on my job” and stated she would have me reported for “acting weird”. Told her to get away from me and get back to her abandoned store and reminded her she was on camera. Then she stormed away. So, I immediately reported her to management and gave a written report. Paid $25 just to switch clubs and drive an extra 15 minutes due to her making me feel extremely uncomfortable. The entire daytime staff at the Juice bar is...

I have also eaten there and spent money twice before I even attempted to get my smoothie, the food was good too. But i won't send a dime with you guys again until this situation is taken care of over once again a smoothie. Smh. Also you guys need to work on customer service, one smoothie isn't worth loosing a customer that is at...
