Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I decided to try this location because it's very close to my house.

So, I download the app to make a pick up order. I go in about 10 minutes after placing the order and they are finishing preparing a sandwich that looks like it could be mine on their line. They are serving other people at this point, so I figure it could NOT be my sandwich, so I don't say anything as they prepared it completely wrong (I ordered my no tomatoes, vinegar, and add mayo and extra cheese. All of which were incorrect on the sandwich). I tell them my name, and that I was here for the pick up order, and they pass me the sandwich I just saw prepared wrong. I instantly just say "I saw you put tomatoes on this, I ordered mine without it." (at this point, this is all I realized was wrong with the sandwich) She then grabs the sandwich, unwraps in front of me, and rips the 3 pieces of tomatoes off along with a good amount of the lettuce. Wraps it back up, passes it over to me and said "Here you go!" I was annoyed with the situation, but I decided to take it outside and unwrap it and try it and see if it was worth asking for a new one or not. Once I realized ALL the other modifications for the order were incorrect, I brought it back in and asked for a new one. They quickly recognized me, and started preparing a new sandwich. When they approached me they asked "what were the modifications to the sandwich?" I kindly told them again, and hoped I'd get a correct sandwich this time. At this point this restaurant was even busier, so I couldn't see the make line at all anymore. So I naively assumed they would DEFINITELY prepare my sandwich right this time.

AND BOY WAS I WRONG!

Now, on second try, I received a sandwich that had correct modifications, but MISSING half the meat that comes on the Italian sandwich (no pepperoni, salami, or prosciutto). I do understand they were pretty busy for the what seemed to be 3 people running the store at 2 PM on a Wednesday, but I was happily patient while waiting for the first sandwich and even the remake one. I guess I would've just... Liked my sandwich the way I ordered it? I don't know. Maybe a big ask for this place. Anyways, don't plan on coming back to this location. At least for awhile so they can have time to learn how to make mobile...

Mood- Perfect Weather for Sandwich

Now I don't know about you, but for me when it's really warming up - good cold Sandwich always hits the spot. We couldn't decide and dinner as usual and this place instantly became the "heck yes"

Upon entering was quickly greeted. There was a line already going. As it should be. Brand new place on this side of town. I was surprised it didn't have more patrons inside.

Opted for the Club Sub " Jersey Mike way of course", and a Famous Philly. We decided to sit in, got them as Combos. The Sandwiches were made to perfection.

Interior is a nice size. There is a decent amount of seating or even waiting room. Everything was very clean. Music was going on the background.

Jersey mikes always has amazing food, However at this location the customer service is terrible, I was not acknowledged, and when I was asked to order the African American girl with red braids wrote it down without letting me finish making my customizations and did not ask if there was anything else I’d like to order, the guy working who seemed to be Hispanic was very nice and finished taking my order and was very polite but the ladies in there were very unpleasant and seemed like they didn’t even want to be there, thankfully the guy made my sandwich but they should really hire people that want to be there and give customers a warm and welcoming experience, especially coming from someone who also works in...
