Las Vegas Napoli Pizza — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I absolutely love this place. Best pizza, wings, fries, desserts, meatballs etc. the only thing is depending on who is there they might have a little bit of an attitude but some of the other stuff is amazing. You could tell the food is frozen and not fresh. We ordered burgers with fries and the Napoli combo appetizer. The zucchini fries were mushy and gross, the mozzarella sticks were hard and tough, the onion rings were mushy. The burger patties were clearly frozen patties that are grilled up with no seasoning. All of our tummies are hurting. We will not be returning. Also, our child wanted soup, we were told for "security reasons" they don't serve soup because it's hot...
