I told the manager I wasn't going to give them a bad review because we thought she took care of us, until we got home. A little back story A family of 4 went to Outback to celebrate 3 birthdays and an anniversary that all take place within 2 weeks. We ordered our drinks and a blooming onion. We also were ready to order our meals. Drinks and onion came. Soup and salad were slow to come and not together. Then our entrees came. The salmon was fine. The sweet potato looked like it was reheated from yesterday. Our steaks should have been filets. We were served well done flat dried out pieces of meat that were definitely not filet. The sides were cold. We sent everything back. By now, we had been there well over an hour. The manager came over to apologize. We mentioned first that we were surprised no one asked if we were celebrating an occasion. We complained about the meat and while she said it was not an excuse, there were issues in the kitchen. They offered to remake our meals. By now, My youngest son was almost done with his meal and my older son was checking his watch. When the manager came by again, we asked to have our meal packed to go. She included a piece of cake and took care of our check. We thanked her. Agreed to try again and I even. Said I wouldn't leave a bad review. Then we got home. Well, one Filet was so raw we couldn't eat it, the other piece was not even a filet and I can't say much about the 3rd meal because my son had to leave in a hurry. My brocoli was also over cooked. I really thought we were accommodated by the second round of entrees but they were not better. We did eat what we could. I did try and call but I guess they were busy. We left the waiter a nice tip because he really was trying. There are many other places to try. I wish I had...
Read moreQuick update been awhile since I actually came here and I may not be returning unless around lunch time where it's a little slower and the service is more attentive, I don't understand if the are training their greeters to greet you as soon as you walk in, there's 4 people standing in the greeting section maybe because we was black not really sure , but there standing there and I'm also standing there, I recall a 5 second rule when I was waitressing, good Evening I'll be right with you acknowledging I see you standing there , no I waited 4 minutes with 4 workers standing there, train your employees In the way they should go, never a reason to have 4 workers standing not saying a dam word! I'll be writing corporate because there's absolutely no way I want my restaurant to have a bad rep. My son was so over the service who is only 8. Didn't really enjoy the food because the service was horrible long wait as we sat at the table. I spent 90 dollars ! If I wasn't pregnant I would have spent my dollars some where else. Just very forgetful about everything. When taking an order you should have your pen and pad all times !!! Shame on management allowing there floor to be ran in such a manner like this! Not On my watch ensure all of your employees are attentive if you gonna seat me I shouldn't wait 10 minutes for water ! Another 10 minutes for bread, while the greeters are not doing nothing they can ensure the tables are set. Honestly may not be returning, untill I speak with a general manager on how horrible the service was! Ridiculous!!! This was around 730 pm 3/16 everyone should be written up for non attentive In a service establishment. So it don't happen again to the next black...
Read moreOutback Steakhouse has always been a reliable choice for a satisfying meal, and my recent visit was no exception. While I've enjoyed various dishes there, my most recent experience centered around a classic American meal. The juicy burgers, perfectly cooked to order, were a delightful surprise. The golden-brown fries, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, were the perfect accompaniment. To start, the baked potato soup was creamy and comforting, a great way to warm up on a chilly evening. Although the potatoes were a bit more chunky than I like.
However, my all-time favorite at Outback remains the filet mignon. The tender, juicy steak, topped with a generous portion of their signature topping that has succulent shrimp and savory mushrooms, is a culinary masterpiece. The combination of flavors and textures is simply divine. The steak is cooked to perfection, with a slightly charred exterior and a tender, pink center. The shrimp are perfectly seasoned and cooked, and the mushrooms add a rich, earthy flavor.
The service at Outback can vary at this location, but this time it was top-notch. The server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer questions and make recommendations. The atmosphere was casual and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a good meal with friends and family.
Overall, this Outback Steakhouse experience was positive with a satisfying meal. Usually the food is consistently good, the service is decent, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Whether you're in the mood for a classic steak dinner or a more casual meal, Outback is a...
