This my go-to Chinese place, food is good, prices reasonable. But one of my biggesis bad customer service. The new guys taking orders is rude as hell. rude I ordered a family dinner. C Plus 13 wontons, and he puts one small container of sweet and sour sauce i want big container in the bag. Mind you, we use the sauce for eggrolls, noodles, and, Singapore noodles of course, the wontons. When I asked for two more, he acted like it came out of his angry face looking . I will be speaking with the manager on this weekend . Why lose a customer over some sauce. He acts like I'm on his time when ordering if I look at the menu, too long. Never had an issue before, but his not so great attitude is wack or weak . Bring the original guys back to the front. Looked over reviews and decided to give this place a try. I ordered chicken fried rice medium spice with an over medium egg on top. Mongolian beef medium spice and Kung Pao. My rice had absolutely no spice and it was extremely salty. The egg was a scrqmbled patty human shrimp to very spicy not fresh. Very very disappointing situation from this restaurant today. I have been a long-time customer and regularly order food from Tasty Bite two or three times a week. Today after picking up my order and arriving home I noticed that I did not receive the order of steamed rice that was included with one of my entrees. I immediately called and was told they have too many orders and that it would take 1 hour for them to make it if I returned to pick it up. After speaking with a lady that couldn't understand me she gave the phone to a male that said he would have the small steamed rice brought to me, but it would take 2 hours. I told him that would be fine however the I asked for a large steamed rice not a small when I ordered and the male I spoke with said it comes with the large. He said the order only comes with the small. I offered to pay for the large since that is what I wanted when I ordered. He then said they didn't have time to make a large and that if I wanted it I could come back in an hour or, they would deliver it in two hours but it would only be a small since they have too many orders to make my large steamed rice!

I was not asking for anything for free and if he claimed it came with a small I would pay the difference to get what I wanted. He said once again they have too many orders to make me a large steamed rice so that would have to do.
