To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to formally report a deeply concerning experience I had at your location in the early morning of June 19, 2025, at approximately 1:10 AM. As a DoorDash driver, I was on-site to pick up a routine order when I encountered what I can only describe as hostile and unprofessional behavior from the on-duty manager.
After waiting over 15 minutes for the order to be prepared, the manager began staring at me aggressively and suddenly accused me—without any evidence—of knocking over cones in the parking lot. I calmly explained that I had simply waited in line like any other customer and had not touched any cones. Despite this, the manager escalated the situation, raising his voice repeatedly in front of other customers and staff.
When I requested his name to report the incident, he refused to provide it, which in itself is unacceptable for someone in a managerial position representing a global brand. I later drove past the same cones and verified that none were moved or damaged, proving the accusation was entirely unfounded.
This was not only a case of false accusation but also of intimidation and unprofessional conduct. The manager demonstrated a complete inability to handle pressure and resolve conflict appropriately. His actions disrupted operations, embarrassed me publicly, and created a hostile environment for a third-party contractor fulfilling delivery obligations.
I urge McDonald’s corporate to review this incident internally using store cameras and scheduling logs for the specified date and time. I also request written confirmation that this report has been received and is being reviewed.
This incident warrants disciplinary action and retraining at minimum. If this is not addressed, I will consider escalating the matter through official DoorDash channels and additional consumer...
Read moreI parked and went inside to order. There was a person there waiting on their order and one before me about to place an order. My turn, I order a medium iced caramel coffee and step aside to wait. The woman who entered behind me placed an order for two large ice teas (drinks). The woman manager who took the orders turned a made the drinks that would go with the ladies' order that was in front of me. She accepted the drinks and continued to wait for her food. Me next, right. No. She looked at me turned and left for a couple of minutes. She returned with the drinks for the lady that was behind me. She called the woman to the counter, smiled and spoke with her as she handed her the drinks. I turned to watch her leave. A young woman who had entered at the same time as that woman looked at me, shrugged her shoulders up and smiled. I did the same. A few minutes later the manager came out with a coffee. She placed it on the counter and called the number. She simply handed me a straw as I approached. I said to her politely, "thank you" and left. I git to my car, inserted the straw and took a sip of the coffee I spent extra time trying to aquire. It was awful. It did not taste like coffee or caramel. It tasted like milk! I had to go back inside again to return it. One of the workers replaced it for me after informing her it was being returned. The worker apologized for the first and asked me to see if the one he made was to taste. I told him it was very good and thank you. He wished me a good afternoon. The manager said nothing. In all, it had taken me almost 20 minutes to...
