McDonald's — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I used to work here...you do not want to know what is going on in the kitchen with your food, and how utterly filthy the entire place is. To be fair, the employees are often tasked with entirely too much because the management refuses to schedule enough people to realistically work a kitchen during rush hours, all to save a tiny amount of money on payroll....which actually doesn't save any money because people come here , taste the absolutely disgusting food, and they don't come back. The only repeat customers we had were people with something clearly wrong with them, and the local homeless crackheads. I've witnessed, among other things, food being dropped on the ground which would have been served had I not said something. Nobody washes their hands. The oil to fry food is used until it resembles black coffee. Food sits in the warming trays for absurdly long times...if you order a Filet o Fish here, there is a 9/10 chance it has been sitting there quite literally for several hours, because that's one of the least ordered items. If you order a cheeseburger, there is a 100 percent chance it's been cooked on a filthy grill and put together in the most half assed, quickest way humanly possible. The management is ghetto, don't even get me started. All in all, trust me when I say this place would be shut down if inspections occured every day. We knew when inspections were going to happen about a week ahead of time and the management would quickly superficially clean the kitchen on the day before.

After Having a Horrible Experience in The Location in Las Vegas Blvd and Pecos. I brought My Kids and Wife Here. We Dealt With a Wonderful and Extremely Respectful Young Lady Fannesa. As A Local Community Law enforcement and 12 Year Marine Combat Veteran It Was indeed a pleasure to deal with Miss Fannesa. She Had Genuine and Excellent Customer Service. Treated everyone with the same Humbleness and Beautiful Attitude, We all Deserve To. This Location has a High amount of Customers Who came from the Homeless Shelter or just Transients. Which as a Marine, I strongly believe we all deserve the Same Treatment. We All Deserve that Warm Welcoming and Genuine treatment I saw From Fannesa. Not only She Brought Our food to the Table She Ensure we and everyone else had the same Experience. It was Absolutely Amazing that there is indeed still People with such Dedication and Passion and Compassion Towards others. As a Public Figure Serving My Community and My Nation As a Law Enforcement Gentleman And as a Marine. It Humble Myself Even More Seeing How Miss Fannesa Was Pregnant and Still Was Full Of Energy And Joy. I'm Blessed To Say It Made My Night and My Family as Well. She Is an Excellent Example Of What We Need In This World and Our Community. I am a regular customer at this Pacific locati.Come through this drive through 3 To six days a week! Within the past 6 Matt. I've been diagnosed with heart failure and renal kidney failure. I did dialysis 3 days time. I wasn't in the hospital. I was in there for a long time. And I lost my apartment. I couldn't afford it no more. I couldn't work no more! So now I'm homeless in my car.Haven't renal kidney failure?Has has been hell to say the least?Anyway.Anyway, I didn't have no money today.I messed on myself And they wouldn't let me use the bathroom because I didn't buy anything today but there's a law Which is the Americans with disabilities?Act that says they have to allow me to use the restroom because of my diagnosis and my medical conditions.The whole staff and the manager mocked me and just smiled. I tried to show her my McDonald's account to where I come here as many times a week as I say she wouldn't look at it. She just kept stand in there. Smiling like she was doing somethi. Our character was terrible and it was so dishonorable to watch another human being treat a sickly. Human being like this, who is actually disabled. And needed the bathroom to probably maintain her disabilities problems. The whole staff that was on duty should be ashamed of themselves. Because I never know what another person is going through if they're not walking through...
