Panda Express — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

As usual, they ran out of one of my favorites Beijing beef. My 2 plate order was lopsided with a small portion of orange chicken and a huge side of teriyaki chicken. The teriyaki chicken had a detergent taste to some of it, so I couldn't eat it all. Also had an order of Rangoons, and they failed to tell me they were out of the sweet and sour sauce. Went I went back to ask for the packets the tall girl said Rangoons don't come with sweet and sour sauce. Well, as long as I have been eating the Rangoons, they always came with a sauce. Why she felt she had to lie to me, I will never understand. The food is too pricey for these types of mistakes to be made. Go to another location where you will get what you pay for. Half a plate going into the trash because they don't rinse the detergent out...

Since Covid-19 this Panda Express never has any food prepared. They only have 4 entrées, rice, chow mein, vegatable and egg rolls. If i want something that they do not have prepared its takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to get what you want. I come to Panda Express because it is fast, express is in the name, not because i want to wait to make my food. If I have to wait then I would rather go to a Chinese restaurant. I live right by this Panda Express and I would rather go to the Panda Express on craig rd then go to this one again. They are also very stingy with their meat. I pay $9.00 for 2 entree combo and all I get is 6 pieces of meat and all vegatables. Don't bother going here, just travel aittle extra to another...

The woman who “helped” me had the worst customer service and was tacky and rude. I opened my family meal order I placed online, I went to check the order and confirm my additional add on of a small Beijing beef. This woman proceeded to reach into the order after she handed it to me and snatch out the large, walk around the counter and dump it back into the main dish, throw away the large box, get a small box and refill it with the same beef she dumped out. It was tacky. It was bad customer service. She went out of her way to snatch it. Then the box ripped on my way out and it fell on the floor. I work in the express food industry and this was the most disappointing experience. Absolutely...
