Great pizza, but absolutely horrible customer service with extremely long wait times. The pizza could be completed and all you have to do is give a name, get the finished pizza and leave. Total time should be no more than 30 seconds or a minute. Twice in a row now that it's taken more than 5 minutes just to get a pizza that was supposedly done cooking. Here's how the most recent fiasco went.
Ordered a pizza on a Friday night for carryout. It was suppose to be ready by 5:48. I got down there at 5:50 and the app showed it was ready. Walked into a store and saw around 5 people making pizzas, someone on the back computer (presumably the manager), someone putting cooked food into boxes, and 2 people by the registers. Told the first guy at the register that I had a pickup, gave the name on the order, and they did a half-hearted look among the 6-10 completed pizza orders on the racks. He said they didn't have it, but said nothing else so I waited thinking with how busy they were, maybe the 'system' was faster than they could actually cook it. This was my first mistake. After waiting for 10 or so minutes and seeing a couple people come in, show their phone and get their pizzas immediately, I tried the same. I showed the phone with the ready order to the first guy, gave the name again, and he still couldn't find the pizza. Another 10 minutes go by and a lady comes in to pick up a pizza. The second guy on the register assists her. He says she was order #16 and they were working on order #8, so it would be about 20 minutes. I then asked him about my order. He looks up the order in the system, says it was #88, which should have long been done. He looks around, says "what is going on?", can't find it, then goes to talk to the manager. Around 6:19 (31 minutes into this whole ordeal), he tells me the manager will look into it but he has to leave, either end of shift or to make deliveries. At this point, I should have just requested them to remake it or cancel the order, but that was mistake #2. By 6:38, the manager has never talked to me. I can only assume the person I made eye contact at a couple times was the manager, but no one appears to have acknowledged that I existed and I was getting very frustrated. That's when I told the first guy to just cancel the order as I've been there for about an hour at that point and just went to Pizza Hut. While he's cancelling the order he asks for the name, which I give it a 3rd/4th time. He apparently can't find it, so he asks for the last name. He then finds the name, cancels the order and I verified that it was indeed #88, so the other guy was locating the correct order.
The first guy appeared to not have any concern with my issues and just shrugged it off. The second guy appeared competent and I don't blame him for any of this. I have no idea what happened to the pizza or how they screwed up, but between the first guy and the manager, something must improve. No one should be standing around in a cramped 4'x10' waiting area for almost an hour without a missing order getting some sort of priority/attention. While this is not something that would cause me to stop ordering Papa Johns, it is something that needs to be shared so things can change....

I placed an order with these people they delivered it to my house I opened up the pizza it was fine I open up the breadsticks they looked really short they were like about 4 inches long and overcooked they weren't the way they look online so I like well I'll going to try it. I tried it it was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast were hard and dried out and overcooked I immediately called and asked to speak to a manager. I explained the situation to the manager that I took a bite out of one breadstick to see if it was okay he said because I took a bite out of it they could not return the product I could not return the product I'm all like but there's like I don't know how many breadsticks were in the pack let's just say there 8 so there's like 7 other breadsticks here that I didn't take a bite of can I just come and bring them to you and switch them out like this is ridiculous ...there like no you can call and complain or file a complaint online ...so I did that customer service said that they would be with me within 2 days someone from the Papa John's will call me of course that never did happen so hints this bad review... the customer service here if I had to give it a grade is an F I mean seriously you're probably paying maybe 10 to 15 cents per stick for a breadstick I'm saying like your wholesale cost. You would rather lose a good paying customer behind less then a dollars worth of freaking breadsticks like who does that?? Well apparently this particular Papa John's does ...I am through with this particular Papa John's I will never ever again in life order anything from this place again...Please see the burnt tiny breadsticks below...Looks nothing like...

Okay so I ordered online then forgot to order a soda so I called to place the order on the soda I ordered a cherry Pepsi the guy I spoke to kept being rude and giving me attitude. Then he asked for my number like 6 times then he said please speak slowly which I did then he got offended and said really? I was like excuse me ... he's like I'm sorry I have a hearing problem because of age ... I felt bad then of course I became patient I understand old people right. So when I got my order it was incorrect my Pepsi was a diet Pepsi I'm sure I didn't order a diet .. so n I called and I spoke to and African American woman. You could tell because the way she spoke. I was like so I ordered earlier and explained it to her then she's like mam I can't understand plaid dumb and I had to explain my self 3 other times the. She finally got it and said I was going to receive my soda .. so I waited and 30 min passed my pizza was cold at this time then I called the manager answered the phone and she was like I'm sorry no one put this order for you I was pissed off by this time don't get me wrong she was good but everyone else was bad.then she was like I'm so sorry but she didn't have a driver available to bring my soda so I drove there oh and the African American chick said that she didn't have cherry Pepsi but when. I got there I had got my cherry pepsi. I am very upset since 1. My pizza got cold and 2 we ended up eating cold pizza with water since we didn't have our soda. 3 the attitudes that were given to me 4 the false info
