Horrible Horrible Horrible! Service from the same individual. The one older lady that works here is very rude. I have not been to any place let alone a place I'm buying food from that has given me the treatment this older lady has. There are plenty reviews prior to mine regarding a rude lady working here. How can subway continue to allow this person to be employed here & serve people food. Out of the 3 times I've came here this lady has snapped at me for no reason EACH TIME. I've seen her do it at other people as well. 1 of the many examples; I asked for jalapeƱos on the side when she was wrapping the last sandwich- she was quick to respond "yea not yet when I'm done I'll get them " š¤¦š»āāļø oh my lord! Today I ordered for pick up thru the app because I had to be somewhere quick. Paid my lunch thru the app because that's the only option when you order ahead . When I got there the lady snapped at me when I asked her about a pick up order .I had to cancel because they gave my order away to someone else & I did not want to deal with this grumpy lady that didn't even seem to care that my order was missing. I'm not as upset at the mistake they made giving away my order as much as I am upset at the old lady that seems to think she is in the right treating people like garbage over...

I go in to order a sandwich not only do they not have the bread I ask for and when I ask about the bread on the racks Iām told āI can touch it if I want so it can burn my handā because itās abt 15min from being able to be handled the guy tells me. Which is fine but instead of informing me of any other outages I end being told they donāt have half of the veggies I want for the sandwich I just leave it at that they go to charge me I run my card then they tel me theyāve charged me wrong and now I owe more money and Iām told if Iām paranoid I should just call my bank regarding my charges. It seems like Iām hassling them to get paid to work there and to make me a sandwich. This isnāt the first time this place has treated me wrong but normally I figured they were just busy. Maria was so rude she kept asking me for a receipt and I did bring the wrong receipt I asked her if I could just get a remake of my sandwich she told me no she said she had to call her manager she had to take a picture of the sandwich. I went all the way back home got the correct receipt she still was taking pictures and being rude I clearly bought the whole sandwich back why couldn't she just replace it her customer service is rude she makes you feel like you're lying about a situation why would we spend all this money to bring back food and lie about it. They need to be speaking English in there she can speak English but rudely talks in Spanish little does she knows some people can understand Spanish too.
