I came to the drive-through line ordered my order. They said it would not be ready. They wanted to keep on track so they asked me to pull forward to the front. I pull forward to the front. Wait about 10 to 15 minutes and then my order is not that big might I add is just a kids meal And my meal I watched the lady proceed to walk out. I tried to call for her. She ignores me walks over to the white car and answer the food. The lady is rummaging through it. I tell her how long is it going to take for my food she realizes she gave the food to that lady she retrieves the food, tries to bring me the food And then walks in or walks away with an attitude after I ask her to remake it because that woman touch my kids food who is wrong here if that’s the type of customer service you have that’s crazy. I had to go get another lady who was kind enough to say that she would remake it and I’m injured might I add which is why I chose the drive-through. I don’t even feel comfortable eating the food. Their customer service was non-existent. I walked Into the restaurant I was The only one in there to be assisted. Now I’m not a jerk I saw That they were short of staff so no big deal. The prob was that no one even acknowledged that I was standing there for over 3min I stood There just to see if someone would say something( anything) to me. Even if it was saying “we will be with you shortly”.. nope! Nothing. When I did Say “hello”.. they looked over around a corner with heavy Attitude to say “We’ll be with you”…
This customer service was unacceptable. It doesn’t take much to just simply say to the customers that walk in “ we will be wired you shortly” Or something to that magnitude. But instead I received attitude. Do better or hire people who can at least let the customer know they are busy and will be helped shortly
