7-14 Update I teach others the importance of taking responsibility, so I am going to practice what I preach.
I was upset because the extra sauces I paid for were not in my order. Yesterday it hit me in the shower, that I did not order them. Earlier that day I made an online order for me and my office. I clicked the find closest location button. Canes is across the street from our office. At 12:30 I drove across the street, but they did not have the order. I showed them the order on my phone and they said that is for the Canes next to the Cannery. I never thought that the online order software would send me miles away from the closest location. Now I'm mad, but I'm in the store and reorder the food. What I failed to do was reorder the extra sauces. So it was not their workers fault it was mine. I hope I did not get the workers there in trouble for my mistake.

Read moreI love canes and usually you guys provide great customer service, but there's one girl who works at night that clearly hates anyone coming in. It's not the first time I had a bad experience with her. I understand everyone is going through something, but it's not very inviting to come back when you're treated like a bother. At the window she only asked If I had sweet tea and didn't even make eye contact or say hi. She then proceeded to give me my food and didn't give me my drink before saying have a goodnight and closing the window as soon as possible. Sorry we bother you so much and come to your place of work! I work in retail so I know customer service is exhausting but there's no reason to give anyone that cold attitude just because. She was working the drive thru on March 12th around 12am. Won't be coming back to this location because it's very uncomfortable...
Read moreAsked the drive thru lady which drink out of my 3 drinks were unsweetened tea because there was no way to identify it, she closed the window and spoke to the other employee and replied “that it was the one in the front of the cup holder” it wasn’t. All of the drinks were sweetened. If you didn’t know, why not remake them? Or better yet just give me an unsweetened tea rather than having me drive all the way home, get there ready to enjoy my food that I paid for (which includes my drink) only to find out that it’s not what I asked for and I tried to confirm it at the window prior to leaving.
