Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

HORRIBLE experience!!! We WERE regular customers here, but because my husband had to rush to work, we made the mistake of ordering online. The menu wasn't very clear, and when I asked to have an item left off the Quesadilla, the woman was nice enough to call me BUT was RUDE & UNHELPFUL!!! SAID she could not change ANYTHING on the order, and that I'd have to cancel. So I said make it as is, but then the Burrito I ordered for shredded Chicken Burrito was supposedly pre-made with tomatoes and onions, so she couldn't make that how I asked on the order and couldn't change. I asked her to cancel my order, and she said she couldn't do that either!!! :( I checked online and they didn't list my order so there was NO WAY for me to cancel! They just wanted me to pay for an order and not receive the food. I don't know her name, but by the time I spoke to the manager "Noa" and he said they COULD make the food the way I'd asked, and stated definitively that it is NOT pre-made (so she lied about that too), it was too late and my husband had had to leave for work without his food and without our dinners! :( Will NOT be going there...

I don't know what has happened to the store and used to be okay now what should have been normally seven to eight minute order take some damn or 15 minutes to get it right and that's if you're lucky enough to get it right I ordered two beef tacos and 2 fish tacos they have given me two chicken tacos by mistake and I thought I had corrected it at the window instead I get home and I still have two beef tacos and two chicken tacos then their excuse for the line taking so long was the machine was down. And they actually have the nerve to have a tip jar in the window like really who tips drive-thru workers especially bad ones . This has been an ongoing experience probably the last time times I've gone there I think this is my last time there hopefully they get better trained employees cuz the people at the windows just suck my experience was in the morning around 7 a.m. and there was nobody else in front of me and it still took me a good 15 minutes to 20 minutes for two tacos and two fish tacos...

I used to come here pretty often but I'll never go to this location again. The last 3 times, my (simple) order made in the drive thru was messed up. The first time I ordered Carne asada fries with no sour cream but got it with no beans and extra sour cream. The second time I ordered tacos with no lettuce and got tacos with lettuce but no cheese. This third time, I again ordered tacos with no lettuce but got tacos with EXTRA lettuce (see pic). Who even orders extra lettuce?? After the 2nd issue, we called and spoke to a manager and all he said was we could bring them all the way back and they'd remake it. He didn't offer anything to make up for their mistake, not even an apology. Idk who is responsible for the mess up, but it sure wasn't me, so why I am being inconvenienced twice? Y'all probably don't even care at all, but after this third strike I will...
