Roberto's Taco Shop — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

This is the Roberto’s closes to my house and though the food is good, Good Service is horrible, especially the night crew. It was 12:30am in morning and I was getting Carne Asada fries with No Carne Asada but instead because I am pescatarian. Another woman came after and order regular Carne Asada Fries. Some how the lady walked out with my food and she had already left the parking lot. I still wanted my food and I had already paid for it and thought that the lady at the front would just make for me again, it wasn’t my fault the lady ran out with the wrong food and I am pescatarian so I can’t eat regular fries. The lady looked me dead in my face and told me she wasn’t going to make the fries over again and it’s not fair for the store to have to make it over again. That if I wanted the fries again, I would have to pay again. but I can have my money back for not getting them at all. so I walked out empty handed and not understanding why They couldn’t just make it for me again I did pay for and it’s not my fault someone took it. And at this locations I always get this problem so I try not to go too often but tonight really upset me and felt like I Needed to let people know this location is the best...

Rude Rude Rude . The lady Alexis at the register was super rude . They tried to up charge us on one sauce but let other people get free refills & 8 different sauces . She was going to give it to me but the cook said something & had a smirk on his face that rubbed me the wrong way . The food was hella fire but I won’t come again because we were definitely not welcomed . First time going there & man did that feel uncomfortable. I’m from El Paso so I’m use to love being shown . This was not IT . Order wasn’t correct but still charged me for extra rice . The cook said just act like the beans are not there .... Um okay . Large drink said 1.65 & she charged me 2.71 .... idk just not...

This was the first & last time I will Order from this place ! The food was disgusting I asked them specifically not to add any beans because I was allergic & they did it anyway & they also made my plate full of salt it’s So salty that it can kill a leach if it wanted to poor performance on this. I will like to contact either whos in charge at the restaurant but I couldn’t enjoy my food because of this matter & simple gave it to my siblings this is outrageous i wated a hour & half for my food because the first restaurant took my order but closed after making my order & 2 drivers went there for them To tell me they where closed , so I simple order from Else where & it’s still...
