Horrible service!!! It's probably the worst I've ever experienced. My family and I actually patronage this location at least once a month, and the price for a pizza here isn't cheap. I have no problem paying for a quality pizza, but what gets me is for some reason, this location doesn't like to honor or acknowledge rewards, coupons ,etc. I have no other issues with the reward system at other Rosati's location but it's always an issue at this location. On my last visit I decided to dine-in and finally get to the bottom of their reward system, lol. The first thing that I asked the waitress is how do I sign up for this location and she provided me with the link. Not much to my suprise; the link didn't work! This is the same issue that I've been having for over a year so I asked to speak with a store Manager. The waitress told me that the Manager was boxing up a pizza and would be right with me. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting so I walk up to the counter and ask for a manager again. Finally, a manager from the back by the name of [Frank] emerges and ask how can he help me. When I explain to him my issue he literally tells me "I don't have time to help you right now" and attempts to walk off. As a business owner myself I find this customer service, especially from a manager unacceptable, and insisted on him helping me with my matter which he barely resolved, and I had to do most of the problem solving myself; which I did. The pizza 🍕 itself was delicious, but the the establishment definitely has a ",f* you, pay me " type of attitude. Not sure if I'll be returning this location, which is actually local. Horrible...
Read moreUPDATE to my review for this location: The only thing that is consistent with Rosati's is their slow service. I've been to this location twice, the first time I got a Chicago deep dish that was absolutely amazing. I got another one from their Eastern location and it was no good, we didn't even finish it. I was given a free pizza at the Losee location which wasn't what I ordered, I was given a free thin crust but I had to pay for toppings. I also ordered the fried mushrooms that are $9 and you get maybe a dozen tiny mushrooms, not worth the price. The thin crust pizza, i got it with mushrooms and feta cheese. It was dry and had a very strange taste to it. I originally was going to try all of their las vegas and hendeson locations but considering I've only had one good pizza from them, I'm beginning to reconsider. If an establishment wants to offer a free pizza to right a wing, it should be a replacement for the same one that was messed up, not their choice of pizza. I had such high hopes for this place. I wish the test of you the best of luck.
This was my first time trying Rosati's. I ordered a Chicago deep dish with extra cheese. The pizza was amazing, plenty of cheese, a wonderful crust (not to thick), and the tomatoes/ sauce tasted fresh. I ordered online and that was an easy task. I arrived for pick up and was greeted right away by a very friendly employee. Best Chicago deep dish I've ever had. 😋 I highly recommend this...
Read moreThings have definitely changed from customer service I received to the food. I have to say today was my last time patronizing this restaurant. As others have said, their pizza is not cheap, so you expect to get what you pay for so to speak. However, today the person who was answering the phones, taking orders was just outright nasty and had an attitude to match! I noticed jars and signs stating tips are greatly appreciated, I suggest you remove that person as the first point of contact as she is the reason I didn't tip! In addition to my pizza tasting like one out of a frozen food section, it didn't even looked the same. When the rude employee went in the back with the cooks making faces, while I'm standing there, I knew with confidence this was my last time paying a person or business to treat me like trash. I work too hard and if the job is that bad, stay home or find another one so that person isn't affecting business. Needless to say, out of all the years of being a loyal customer and spreading the word, today was the first where I threw that pizza in the trash! $35 down and a lesson learned! If you don't care about customer service or spending your money with people who act like they could care less if you came or not when you could have gone somewhere else- then this is definitely the place to go- Everyone else who understands customer service, respect and being grateful, then take your...
