I visited store #4982 today on state Road 7 and was very dissapointed in the lack of customer service I experienced from the manager on duty Eddie, and also his lack of leadership skills that he displayed in front of his team when dealing with a customer experience. I purchased a double cheese burger, which usually comes with pickles and I also wanted to add lettuce along with the onions ofcourse. After receiving my order at the drive-thru, I unwrapped and checked my order to make sure it was correctly made. I did not see the pickles after opening the sandwhich and I pointed that out to the employee at the window who at first stated yes the pickles were there but when I lifted up the first patty and still didnt see it he then made a decision to take it back and have the order remade as he was not seeing it at the time either. The old sandwhich was then thrown in the trash by an employee which I saw that for myself. Then, the new sandwhich was freshly made and handed to me, at which point, Eddie the manager who went to the trash and retrieved the old sandwhich came to the window and said "mam the pickles were there, I was gonna fire my employee," I politely interjected and said neither myself nor the employee who opened it and looked at it saw that it was there and I calmly said I was not trying to be rude about it either, before I could even finish my scentence, Eddie then turned and walked away. He was very arrogant and dismissive. I have never experienced that kind of service at that location EVER!!! it could have been an honest mistake by myself and the first employee and a simple teachable moment but instead it turned into poor leadership skills being displayed and very poor brand representation for Burger King....

Friday the 3/28/2025 around 9 pm went thru the drive thru order food on the Burger King app. First off I had to repeat my name of the order at the speaker 7 times . When I finally got to the window. They tried to give me someone else order. Then after showing them my order the handed to me. When I got home was missing two small fries from the two kids meals, a medium onion ring, and both burgers were wrong. I tried calling the store multiple times. No one answered. Then went back. They basically told me I was out of luck even though I had all the food they gave me originally and my receipt. Then contacted customer service on the app. Basically they wanted to give me a $10 coupon. I finally had to contact my bank, because Burger King has the worst customer service. Do not spend your money here!!!! Go somewhere else. This isnāt the first time they have messed up my order. Actually this happened 3 other times before. Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy review is in contrast to most of the other reviews here. I visited this store on a Sunday, during lunch. The drive thru was busy but there was no one at the counter. Inside I ordered a burger combo and was pleasantly surprised that the food was served quickly, hot and the fries were fresh. Interestingly, the manager greeted me when I came in and she was facing forward with a smile. I always suggest that staff should never leave a customer at the counter wondering when they're going to be served. This store gets many points just for that simple aspect of customer service. This store loses points largely because of its age. Built in 1989, this location was one of corporate BK's prime locations many years ago. However the store has gone through many remodels and today it's owned by GoldCo, a large BK franchisee. The dining room is in pretty poor shape, showing its age with several items in disrepair. The bathroom was clean, and in fact, the manager was servicing the dining room when I left. This location gets points for its quality service and food. But loses much with a dated, poorly...
