This restaurant suffers from what most restaurants in this category (low end - bang for your buck food - bland atmosphere) suffer from... and that is BAD SERVICE. You get there, they don't serve water unless you ask for it, take longer than expected to bring you the water or beverage you ask for, and then once they bring you your food - that's it. They don't come back to ask how everything is and they don't even bother to be on the lookout for when the beverage/water is almost done or depleted to get you a refill. The servers are lazy and entitled and think that becase the tip is "expected" that they don't actually have to WORK for it. Advice to the restaurant servers - TIPS ARE GIVEN AS APPRECIATION FOR THE SERVICE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO GIVE. Like, actually being ATTENTIVE to the customers, instead of just taking the order and dropping off the food. If you want a tip - WORK FOR IT. That aside, the food tastes good and is very fairly priced. Not the best - not the worst - but definitely good food for what you pay. If the service was better, I am certain that they would have a lot more return customers. If you can get passed the "meh" service - you may enjoy your meal here. I rate this retaurant 2 stars, because in my view, for a restaurant to get high marks, the SERVICE needs to match the quality...
Read moreThe food its good and fresh, seriously recommend the typical Colombian dishes such as the Bandeja Paisa, the Mondongo or the pan de bonos, also the empanadas are very good, as far as the service most of the girls have good attention and they are charistmatic but one them called Cindy 90 % of the time has an attitude and sometimes its even rude, she seriously got me thinking on changing the restauraunt even though i like it and go there almost everyday of the week but just the idea of having to deal with this person that its supose to give you a good decent service and its grumpy all the time when you just trying to get some food its...
Read moreIt sucks because I’m Colombian and I LOVE to support but I walked in and no one greeted me. The look of their empanadas left me wishing more. They looked so dry, almost if they have been recooked or from a previous day. There’s a Colombian place near the beach closer to Las Olas that is similar price range but the atmosphere, service, friendliness and food are out of this world. I cried before leaving because being there made me home sick. This place feels empty and I’m sure the food follows that feeling. Try at your own RISK 👀👎 I wrote a review about the mentioned Colombian restaurant, you can find it on my profile...
