This particular Pizza Hut is a COMPLETE JOKE of a "Business!" We ordered a large pizza and breadsticks and once the order arrived we only received our pizza. Upon noticing, the driver said he would return with our breadsticks (which are supposed to come with marinara sauce). The driver then finally came back with the rest of our order, but this time, he forgot the dipping sauce. Which, particularly for me, makes the order of breadsticks pointless, as I normally don't have a jar of marinara on hand. I don't understand how difficult it could possibly be to get a 2 item order completed and delivered correctly. I can understand one mistake, things happen, but to mess up a basic order twice just completely baffles me…I decided to call and speak with a manager as at this point I was rather irritated. ALL DOWNHILL FROM HERE!! I call and wait 5min for their automated service to finish, then finally once I hear the line click over, I hear a bunch of laughter followed by a dial tone….Somehow, someone picked up and immediately hung up…So I call back…Wait another 5min and finally, Luis answers the phone. I ask for a manager and then wait for another 5min. At this point my frustration is building. Dilene, the "Manager on duty" finally makes it onto the line and I proceed to express all the issues we've encountered thus far. She offered me $5 off of my next order…. I'm in retail management and to me this absurd... After ALL of these problems, why would I want to order from this store again? And to be honest $5 off of my next order is not suffice for the mess that I've dealt with and the incompetence of the people that work at this store. After she stated that this was all she was capable of providing me, I asked for a corporate email or number to contact. She apparently did not have one to give...A massive corporate business such as Pizza Hut does not have anyone above a store level to contact??? I know for a fact that's a lie, as I work for a major corporate retailer. Dilean was absolutely dreadful to deal with, especially as she proceeded to give me attitude basically stating the second error was "only missing the sauce"…There is 0 customer service from this store, and everyone that I dealt with throughout this experience is a nightmare. Never ordering from here again, and truthfully probably not from any other Pizza Hut if this is the standard of service provided. Management 101, the customer is always right, and NEVER EVER give the customer an attitude. I've received better customer service from McDonalds if there has ever been an issue, and that is sad. This was just a pathetic experience and I hope Pizza Hut gets it together with whom they decide to hire, especially for management, as they are the face of the business. Dominos, Papa Johns, Little Ceasers, even a little hole in the wall pizza joint will receive my business quicker than this awful place. Honestly wish I could leave zero stars!!!!!...
Read moreI was told post placing an online order that they can’t deliver due to lack of drivers. No problem, so I offered to come in carry out. Mr. No Name’s response was we can deliver if I pay upfront (I was paying cash). That’s unethical as there is no disclaimer on the website to pay upfront for deliveries. Either way, he lied evidently by the 2 different excuses given. Mr. No Name called back post hanging up abruptly to inform me to place the order again since “she” (whoever “she” is) cancelled the order. Again, another abrupt hang up. I proceed to place another online order this time for carry out However, I cannot redeem my 200 points for a medium pizza as they did not replenish the points post cancellation of my order on their end. Customer service call center has nothing to do with the points and I’m redirected to this franchise location. Just shy of a ten minute wait time for a phone greeting, Mr. No Name answered and I had relief thinking he knows my situation and he will listen. NOT!!! He interjects and says “one sec”. I can hear him starting a new order with another customer then the phone magically is disconnected after a couple minutes. WOW! My fiancé was within the vicinity and saved the day in person. I told him to forget the $65 order and only demand my Rewards pizza or replenish the points they’ve stolen. Babe walked out of there with our rightfully earned free pizza and this location lost a profit today financially and loyalty wise as our family USED TO BE FREQUENT CUSTOMERS. I rather travel a longer distance for carry out to a franchise with good customer service than continue to conveniently receive delivery from this unethical and under deserved excuse for a business....
Read moreI am beyond in disbelief about the “complications” I’ve had to go through with pizza hut. Not only did the “dasher” that is supposably used to send out orders not show up and bring me my food that i paid $30 dollars for, but continues to lie about showing up. I have camera footage of no one being their and me being outside for an HOUR WAITING before up till the time he said he arrived!? Meanwhile The Dasher had said he arrived at my complex, Which made utterly no sense, seeing as how I am sitting outside in the cold waiting and no one is outside. better yet when I call Pizza Hut they have no idea what’s going on or where the Dasher is at. Theirs no resolution for it? instead i get hung up on. Ive waited 2 hours patiently for my food to arrive .It is now 11:00 pm mind you i made my order at 9:00 pm. This is absolutely inadmissible and I am exasperated. I will be addressing this issue to my lawyers and bringing you guys to court sense you’re workers nevermore you’re manager that i spoke with will not resolve this issue. All of my calls to this pizza hut has been recorded, meaning yes all of the falsehood and shenanigans you put me through will be used against you’re corrupt facility in the court of law.
