Jamaica Herbal North Lauderdale — Restaurant in North Lauderdale

I’m very disappointed with this store, I came here to pick up some tonic and when I paid for the bottle I waited for the cashier to give me my change and receipt but Kayla the cashier just gave me the receipt but my change and said have a nice day, so I asked her (Kayla) where was my money she told me that they didn’t have any changes. So I asked her why she didn’t tell me that at first and I could’ve paid with a card, so I had to tell her to go get my money from the back of the store, so she took the change out of the tip jar and gave it to me, so I asked her why did she try to cheat me and now cheating the store by taking the money out of the tip jar, and she got a attitude towards me. I’ve been following this business on instagram for some time now and today and i just so happen to drive by coincidence of being en route to my destination. So of course i had to stop by on my way back. They are lovely and genuine people by nature you can just feel it you know. And you know this is place of business is from the heart. I hot a smoothie #8 and the curry bean patty listen i had to go back inside to get two more its good 🔥. I have to come back and do a full shopping spree when it comes to the herbal side of things but nonetheless I'm happy i stopped by and I'm forever a customer...

I live 5 mins from here but would much rather drive 15mins to the Lauderdale Lakes location; never enough staff, I waited a good while in the store and couldn’t locate anyone… there never seems to be a consistent stock of the vegan patties.. the staff that are in there now have no customer service training and seem nonchalant as if it’s their last day of employment.
