Today's experience is one in the books for me! I order from this location often because it is 4 minutes from my house, super convenient and always good service, except today! I have never been so upset at an establishment like I was just now... I initially placed an order over the phone for a thin crust large pizza with half bacon and half bacon and sausage.... delivery guy shows up, super nice, but I didn't get thin crust. This pizza is for my kids by the way, they want it a specific way and that's how I ordered it. I called them to let them know my order was incorrect and I was going to come in and get a new one. This woman on the phone was very apologetic and I appreciated it. I go in get a new pizza, get to my car and when I open it up I see no bacon. I went back in asking them WTH!! How hard is my order? They were going to remake it, but 24 minutes passed and now we are all very hungry, so I went back in and asked for a refund. Fast forward, the same nice lady over the phone was the same one who said she couldn't give me a refund but she can put a credit on my account. A credit?! I'm never coming here again so what good is that credit! She said because I paid with a card that I could not get a refund but she can see my total in the computer. I told her if that's the case then give me back cash but you cannot hold my money when I did not get my order. She grabs everyone around her to talk to, not sure what she's doing but then she walks outside, etc etc... finally she comes back and decided she was going to pick a number and hand me a random amount of money. It was $14, she saw my order in her computer so she would know I paid around $18.69. I told her to give me back ALL OF MY MONEY and she goes "all? I don't know how much that is. I don't have your account up" HELLO!! SO PULL IT UP!!!! Read moreHEALTH WARNING I was just at this location on McNab at the Broward Meat & Fish Plaza. What I observed was a gross disregard for public safety. NO ONE WASHES THEIR HANDS AT THIS LOCATION! The cashier went from handling money to working with the food by cutting, applying the garlic sauce on the Papadias, and then boxing the item. I questioned why he didn't wash his hands, as he just touched food after handling a customer's money and my credit card transaction. He denied it to my face. I stopped and waited because I was intending to never return, but I still needed the rest of my order, for which I had already paid. While I waited, I witnessed many health violations. The worst was by this short girl wearing a purple shirt. She entered the store, left, and came back approximately 3 minutes later. When she came back, she opened the door then walked to the dough station, grabbed a cup of flour, and sprinkled all the dough on the table. Then she proceeded to knead all the dough, several batches of them. I was shocked to see such a gross negligence of health standards. She clearly has no idea the implications of what she was doing or doesn't care. What's sad is that the majority of the employees there were committing the same offense. I am going to report these violations to the health inspector and hope that this place gets shut down and the employees are retrained. There were other customers waiting who noticed these same violations and shared my sentiment. They, too, stated they would not be returning. Read moreThis place is unbelievable. I will be contacting the headquarters on Monday. They messed my order (wrong name-wrong phone number- wrong pizza ) my husband called them and he spoke to 3 different people who somehow couldn’t understand the order was wrong. When he finally spoke to a supervisor he was told he received no apology no accommodations instead he was told to give the wrong pizza back and that the correct pizza would be delivered in 25 -45 min. My husband got off the phone in disbelief as to why they would ask for the pizza back when the mistakes was on their parts. I then called myself and asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to a young lady by the name of Vanessa at first she claimed she wasn’t the manager and told me she didn’t understand what I was saying and then put me on hold for a while and came back on the phone “is that all ma’am?” And then put me on hold again to come back as a “a new Vanessa” I got no apologies she told me they want their pizza back( thank God we didn’t eat) and that they couldn’t expedite the delivery “ it was beyond my control” I have NEVER heard such BS from a pizza place before. Even after I expressed to her that I had a guest who was waiting on the pizza before they leave to go home. I will never order for them or papa John’s again and I am calling cooperate/headquarter office on Monday. They can burn to the ground if it’s up to me I will never spend my money...
