Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Liberty

WORSE TACO-BELL EVER! drive-thru speaker is very low or the worker is just talking low I still greet the Hispanic lady who literally doesn’t respond. Or even confirm she got my order. Just wanted a 7 dollar box and was charged for another meal I didn’t order. Whoever the Hispanic lady that works day shift is horrible. She has an attitude as if they were busy but there is literally no one there besides me. She mistakenly left the drive thru mic on and I can hear her swearing at me in Spanish. She didn’t even ask me what type of sauce. She took my money with a nasty attitude she just has. poor service that matched the pig slop on a shell meal. $7 meal turned into $19. She was so standoffish I wanted to ask her why do I get 2 drinks but didn’t even want to bother her and just left. I can’t wait till people like this are replaced with “ROBOTS” people like this should not be anywhere near anything that requires customer service…....

This restaurant seems to have issues with ‘to-go’ orders. I always check my bag as they have not put everything in my bag 2 times previously. I had just driven straight through from Rochester, MN and just did not take time to do this and- of course, I get to my destination and two Taco Supremes are missing. I call Anthony K and I inform him I am coming back for the food and to make them aware. When I get back to the restaurant he starts questioning me on how I ordered my food. I let him know that I ordered from him 20- minutes prior. Still more questions. I finally just said that I had my receipt. I ordered another item as well. No offer of discount or anything which is fine. But, he then OVERCHARGED me for it and I do not realize again until I am home. That was the last straw- I will not order food from this restaurant again. Three...

I don't leave reviews usually but this was insane. We waited an hour for our order and while waiting for it at the counter no one would even acknowledge us. We were practically leaning on the counter and the workers would look at us and walk right past us, and were just in the back dancing to music and laughing. When we finally got our food over an hour later half of it was cold and we were missing an item. Only person who would help us was drivethrough worker named Kaydence, and she appears to be the only one who knows what she's doing and made an effort to keep things moving. This was absolutely...
