I am so happy to have this place nearby! My wife and I tried them out on their first day opening and we will definitely be back. A word of advice, this isn't really a dine-in place. It's more of a takeaway. So call your order in ahead :) The prices and food are great. My steak was done perfectly! (medium rare) If you order it medium or less done they don't cook your meat until you arrive for pickup. That way it isn't over done/cold when you get it home. Brilliant! They also allow for substitutions in the sushi rolls. My wife is allergic to avocado and they allowed us to sub cucumber instead. (Thank you!) Your box of hibachi comes full to the brim, and you can ask for half rice and they'll fill out the rest with veggies to make up the difference. It's obvious to me that it is important to them that their customers feel taken care of. :) The service is fantastic and all with smiles.

My order was completely wrong when I got home last night. I ordered a steak hibachi medium well and a chicken hibachi. I get home to a steak chicken and shrimp habachi and a shrimp and chicken hibachi and a order of chicken fried rice. I am allergic to shrimp. I did however try the chicken fried rice which was full of hair. I pulled atleast 3 long black strands out of my mouth and so did my grandaughter so this was a disaster .Their cook is horrible. Please use a net when cooking. Didnt even get to enjoy my food. And who wants to eat ur nasty hair. Riiiidicculous.Usually the service good but the chicken and steak be fried too hard and dry. I first fell in love with Bamboo when I discovered their Otter Creek location during a visit to my brother that lives in that area. Loved it so much that I had to find out if there were any more locations close to where I was moving to. Found the NLR location & needless to say.. I was overjoyed 🥹😁. It's always fresh, seasoned well, and not too pricey. I've made it a ritual to order from them at least three times a month. I'm ALWAYS either ordering the chicken steak and shrimp hibachi, chicken & steak hibachi, chicken hibachi, or noodle hibachi. And I must add an order of the deliciously crispy egg rolls EVERY ORDER. I've never had a problem with any of the staff & I absolutely ADORE the cashier, Brenda☺️🫶🏾. Just so nice and sweet. If you're reading this and have been hesitant to try them... JUST DO IT!
