Michaels — Local services in North Little Rock

If your into crafts and projects, this is the store for you. I have kids, so we’ll need project supplies every so often. Most other store around here have limited choices for project supplies. Michaels carries just about anything you can think of for crafts and/ or projects (or both 👍). Michaels is a little pricier than other stores but still worth going to. This location is close to me and worth going too. The store is nice and bright inside, with the perfect amount of light . It’s very clean and well maintained inside and outside. It’s also never packed full of people, so I can browse through the aisles without having to fight off other people (I hate it when other people just have to be right there on the same aisle and just happen to want to look at an item right in front of me.). You know how it is. I’ll be looking at something on an aisle in a busier store, and it never fails. Someone will turn onto the aisle and stand right next to me or in front of me. That really irks my nerves. I just want to yell “Are you kidding me, why do you need to be right here next to me”. With less people in this store, I don’t have that happen and it’s easier to keep my distance from other people as well. Another good point is the customer service. It’s hard to find a store with great customer service. Michael’s has that covered. Every associate seems to be very nice, friendly, and willing to help. They always answer and questions I have, always greet me, and always say thank you. That is pleasant. At other busier stores, it seems I’m at war with the associates. I have used their app much, so can’t really give an opinion on it. I’ve used it a few times for the coupons, which greatly help. I’ve also ordered items online with store pickup and that has always gone smoothly as well. I would highly recommend that you go and visit the store at least once to see what all they have...

Employees at this Michaels store were a breath of fresh air compared to the store located on Markham Street where employees do not work together as a team. These employees they do not let the long line almost stretching outside the door interrupt the flow of shopping, they take charge, show patience when helping the customer, show patience when the customer has questions, are courteous, and display all the “Customer Service” characteristics anyone employed at Michaels should have.

The store on Markham Street has employees who should not be working for Michaels Corporation. The manager at this Michaels needs to talk with the one over in Little Rock, describe to them how employees should treat their customers.

Great store! I really enjoy the variety of things they offer. The seasonal decorations are an excellent deal when they go on clearance. The art supply section is very good with something for everyone. I really appreciate the calligraphy items they have on hand and daughters love the pencil and marker selection. The baking and cake decorating section will certainly get you set up with most things you could need. The best part of this store is certainly the staff. They do a great job of keeping things tidy and stocked. Everyone I have asked for assistance has been very helpful and friendly. Just a great place to get crafting supplies and ideas...
