REASONS NOT TO STOP HERE -don’t visit past 8pm, your food will be off the warmers and sitting out on the counter -they “wont” take your cash past 9, because they’re too lazy to count the POS machine near close -they’re rude

Don’t bother stopping at this Chipotle at night or after work, because this location won’t keep any beans, meat, or rice on the warmers.

The second we walked in, one of the long haired workers said “if anyone comes in I swear—“. They didn’t have any of their warm food ready, so they turned their back to us to serve it from their prep area instead. Despite having orders and customers still coming in, nothing was ready to go.

Then one of the kids laughed and said they don’t take cash past 9pm. We should’ve just walked out at that point but we bought the food and left. Bunch of idiots running this store, and that’s coming from people who worked with...

The foods great, but the traffic jam this places causes is awful. During lunch hour the parking lot is dangerous and just an accident waiting to happen. The digital pick-up lane is in the way of all traffic going in and out of the parking lot. If this is a problem now, then just imagine how much worse this is going to get when Starbucks opens up next door. Also, can we talk about how the digital pick up lane is supposed to be a speedy alternative? Yah there is absolutely no speed to it. I waited in line for 45 minutes and there wasn’t even a line! This place may have good food, but the extremely long wait for already ordered ahead food and the traffic jam horror is not worth it. I’ll go some place else for my food. Waste of my time, money, and gas...

As a frequent visitor to Chipotle (3 locations in our area) the newest North Mankato restaurant always delivers the best experience.

I was feeling rushed today (10/17/24) and although I was frustrated, the employees remained amazing. They had a system issue where they could only process orders through their app (no cards or cash). While this did impact my time, it would only be 10 minutes to wait and it was worth it. Two employees remained very friendly and focused to ensure I was satisfied. The quality of the food was excellent (as is always true at this location).

I do hope the manager and their supportive staff will see this review and know, you're all very appreciated, thanks for going above and beyond even when issues are...
