It was amazing as soon as we went in a guy was on break and jumped out of his seat to greet us and take our order I didn’t catch his name but his service was 10 /5 I felt so welcomed and joyful in there. He was kind helpful and tried to make the experience great. He told us all the options for the kids meal such as what I wanted to drink and last time I didn’t get that option he told us we could get toppings and I didn’t know that because last time I wasn’t informed. Prices are TOO HIGH for the quanitity. And the quality is no better than whitch wich or JJ's. Then today I had to order GLUTEN FREE bread and they charge an ADDITIONAL 2.50 or so. ONE sandwich, One soda 11.98. That's a joke. I should have walked out. The bread was average so sure not worth the extra cost. To others on her.. yes they amount of items on a sandwich are not much. I work close by so I visit this location quite often. About 90% of the time they get my order wrong. Today I ordered the "Flash" and received bread with lettuce and cheese only. That's it. Not happy a majority of the time

Update: Went there again 5 days after this, and they messed up the order YET AGAIN. 4th order in a row they have gotten wrong. Every time I have to turn around and wait 10+ minutes for them to remake my order on top of the time I already waited for the first time they made...
