Culver’s — Restaurant in North Mankato

The staff here is friendly and helpful. I've never seen this restaurant dirty it is always clean, and even more importantly, the staff looks clean and presentable. For a fast food restaurant, there is a wide selection of non-burger choices that are plentiful in serving sizes and affordable. My only criticism would be that they need to get new Ketchup dispensers as the ones they currently have are not working properly.

Updated 5-08-2023 For some reason, Culver's has decided to limit their menu options now. They have all but eliminated their dinner options and are focusing more on Burgers and Chicken Tenders, this is sad seeing how they will no longer have unique options separating them from their competitors. The quality, cleanliness, and atmosphere are still here, but you now have fewer options for a decent meal. Personally I no longer believe it is worth the nearly 40 mile drive for our family. We can get burgers and tenders at any Kwik Trip if need be and spend less. Sorry Culver's but good luck with...

Great food as all Culver's I've been too, but what was really good was the staff. Drive through was packed. We were asked if we needed ketchup for our fries. I've been to many drive throughs for various fat food establishments and that rarely happens. We were greeted with a huge smile and thanked for our business when we arrived at the window. The inside dining was closed due to Covid so we drove around to the parking lot to eat our food as many who got food did. Where we parked on the opposite side of drive through was a poor employee working a terminal for pick up for called in orders. It was VERY hot and humid. We realized that our chicken sandwiches didn't have mayo so I asked the employee if we could get some. She looked at her outside station, apologized, and said she would call in as she didn't have any. Soon a young man came out with a big smile and said he had 4 for me. Getting worse every time...don't know why we go back! Again yesterday: employee entered wrong size onion rings, wrong size sundaes, burger patties were way overdone, took 25 min to get order....and we paid $31 for that fiasco! Saw employees lick their fingers THEN hand customer spoons....another one pucked up ffries that had spilled on the counter and put them in an order. Better get employees more motivated OR get better employees!.

During Lent we had shrimp dinner several times....never got everything we needed. Once all we GOT was the plate: no tableware, no dinner bun or butter, no cocktail or tartar sauce, no lemon. UNBELIEVABLE!! How does that happen?

Have heard same complaint from others there. Can't figure why this doesn't happen other...
