Last night was the first time we went to this restaurant. We are originally from Brooklyn and we are used to dining in the number of different Kosher Chinese and Asian restaurants. To be honest, some were good and others are simply average. Bambu is out standing!!!

There were five of us celebrating a birthday. Picking a restaurant is never an easy choice for us because everyone has so many different tastes. We also almost never seem to have unanimity when it comes to a restaurant experience. Last night we did. The ages in attendance ranged from nine to 75. A group that is truly hard to please. Here is what my nine-year-old said:

It was just so good it was just so extraordinarily good! I've never been to a restaurant I like more.

Yes he has a great vocabulary at 9...

We had every one of the dumplings on the menu steamed. They were varieties of chicken and beef and duck. All were excellent. We also had the Chicken in lettuce leaves appetizer whichever one completely enjoyed. Our main dishes were Kung Pao beef, jalapeno chicken, beef Szechuan, orange chicken and Singapore style noodles with chicken. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous and we ended up taking some of it home. Can't wait to go back...

My wife and I came here for dinner while on vacation. We were looking for a new place to eat since we'd last come to Miami a while back, and it was recommended to us.

Everything was phenomenal from the moment we walked in. The ambiance is the first thing you notice. It's beautifully decorated. Unlike anything I've seen before. The staff are extremely nice, and our server went above and beyond, giving explanations and recommendations on certain menu items. They were also very friendly and helpful with our baby, getting us a high chair, supplying extra napkins and so on.

The food was different, but not bad. Definitely unlike anything I've had before, and what I'm guessing is a lot more authentic that American Chinese food. While I wasn't blown away by the food itself, everything from the ambiance to the amazing service made it much better. I will also say that my wife did very much enjoy everything served to us, so I'll say that maybe the food wasn't to my particular taste, rather than anything to do with the restaurant.

If we're ever in Miami again, we'll definitely be coming back, and it's a spot I can...

What a delightful dim sum surprise, exceeding all expectations. The staff seemed a little surprised we made an entire meal of dim sum. But, they had a wide variety and high quality to make it great and is what attracted us to go there. Pastrami bao buns, crystal steamed duck dumplings, sticky rice were a few of our many outstanding choice.

I have been to some creative kosher vegan restaurants arround the world who have done a nice job. But this was as authentic fleishigs as you can get. I am sure other menu items are as described in other reviews and look forward to them as well in the future.

We will be back. The service was great, and the ambiance was pleasant. It is in a strip mall off of a major street with free off-street...

I have been a connoisseur of Oriental food for almost 35 years, the past 10 years being strictly Kosher. This restaurant uses authentic flavoring with their own unique pizzazz in their dishes as opposed to the buffet style Americanized flavorings. Great food, great service, pricing is as expected as it is Kosher, and worth giving it a try if you have not. Be advised that they choose not to use much (if any) soy sauce in their fried rice, which most are accustomed to, so ask for a bottle of soy sauce and add it to your desired taste because the rice is delicious. It's not your buffet style peas and carrots fried rice.

We have been to Bambu several times and their food is consistently authentic, perfectly flavored, always fresh, and beautifully plated. Today we had our takeout order packed to go for a flight and several hours later it was perfect. Some of our favorites include the pastrami egg rolls, pan fried wontons, Mongolian beef, pad thai, and chicken lo mein. For kids we love the sesame chicken rice bowls; kitchen staff will gladly put the sauce on the side if requested. Best kosher Chinese food on the market and fantastic customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
