How should i begin?
I went there to celebrate a birthday
Food was ok, only the sushi had lots of rolls. Hot food was average like a regular buffet in hialeah or similar.
I arrived at 5 pm opening hour for evenings and normally you spend like 1 hr or hour and a half in a " all you can eat" place.
I was sitting next to the big canvas on the right and our "server" obviuosly was for the " we gotta keep pushing tables rotation. I work and a restaurant and i know how it is, but if you have a table of 6 you cannot push to leave people, we ate like 2 dishes each at different pace because none of us eat the same. And the server was pushing to move on. At the moment my mother was having dessert at her own pace she put the check super rude in front of her and said " theres is the check when you are ready"
listen...
You CANNOT put the check in front of a person whos still eating. Is extremely disrespecful and rude.
At that moment we had around 50 minutes in the place, and theres no time to leave in advice. Like you have 1 hr or 2 hours.
The server was in the station close to the big canvas she had like 3 or 4 tables in that area, next to the hispanic lady who treat us pretty good but you should teach your "servers" how to serve, not to only "finish the table to leave"
It was super akward the young lady didnt even say thank or good bye. She just took the check and left.
You gotta fix that mindset. If someones going to spend 300 bucks in food the minimun stuff you expect is a good service or at least. Respect.
Thank you. Let the ladie know she screw the evening with her...

I had the pleasure of dining at Mizumi for the first time with a dear friend, and what a beautiful experience it was. He promised we couldn’t go wrong here—and he was absolutely right.
From the moment we stepped in, there was a welcoming energy and a sense of ease. The layout was spacious and inviting, and the variety of dishes truly impressed us both. But what really stood out to me was how the flavors transported me back to the buffets of my childhood. There was this delicious sense of nostalgia. And, I honestly don’t remember anything I had as a kid tasting this good!
The flavor palette was vibrant and well-balanced, and the textures—from crisp to melt-in-your-mouth—showed great attention to quality. While not every single item hit the mark for me (and that’s okay—there’s room for personal taste), I was truly blown away by the overall offering.
🌿 Favorites: • Every preparation of shrimp was a delight—flavorful, fresh, and cooked with love. • The dessert bar was the perfect finish—playful, sweet, and satisfying.
🥤 Pro Tip: If you’re ordering an Arnold Palmer (half lemonade, half iced tea), I highly recommend asking for unsweetened tea. The lemonade is already quite sweet, and balancing it with unsweet tea made it just right. Mixing it with sweet tea, in my opinion, would tip it too far into sugar overload.
Mizumi delivers both value and flavor in abundance. It’s a place where food meets memory, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend giving it a try—especially with someone special by your...
Read moreIf I can give zero stars I would. Customer service is terrible. First of all we waited an hour for a table of 12. While we waited i sat at the bar waiting to be served, I was not even looked at for 20+minutes as the bartender passed ne but many times. When we were seated they were splitting up our birthday party into 2 tables. Would've been nice to know that in advance. They then told us we could switch over and get the other table next to the main table once it was available but then they gave it away so we stayed separated the duration of our dinner. And THEN they had the audacity to demand we give a certain amount of tip as a group when they had us separated in 2 tables with 2 different waitresses. NOW on top of all that the birthday boy had a gift. Most of us had a bit to drink and birthday boy forgot his gift at the bar. Had we not stayed outside the restaurant for 30 minutes chatting away we would not have noticed the birthday gift being wheeled away on top of a garbage pile. I have worked for restaurants and other customer service establishments and not a single one of them would have handled a lost item like that. Holding on to lost items for at least a day is normal in the event that someone comes back looking for their lost item at least some effort would be made to give the owner an opportunity to recover their lost item. This place is very unprofessional and does not know how to handle large groups or their rush hours they really need to get their shit together.
(Edit: I love how the restaurant responds conveniently ignoring the...
