I would like to start by saying we are from canada and we haf SO MANY ARABIC RESTAURANTS,This is the best Arabic restaurant in Miami and Canada!!!!! Great experience with the owner Mohammed. We first tried the food last 2024. I have not had a perfect beef shawerma for years until I tried kabobji. My family tried the chicken tawouk and other dishes and they were all delicious. This year i had to plan for my sons wedding and decided that I will use kabobji restaurant to cater for my son's wedding. It was stressful for me to try to organize everything from Canada. Mohammed and his partner helped me through everything. He was my right hand in Miami. The food was excellent top-notch. He went above and beyond in everything from food, the servers and organization. Every wedding has to have mishaps, Mohammad calmed me down and dealt with it. It was supposed to be the wedding planner's job , but he stepped in and helped. Very professional. Wedding day , he was updating me wiyh pictures step by step preparation of food and dessert and fruits. The food that I chose for the venue was buffet and It was absolutely delicious. We chose rice and lamb,The lamb melted in your mouth, Beef skewer, Chicken tawouk, lemon chicken ( Mohammad recommended the dish and it was absolutely delicious), salmon with the sauce and salads tabula , fatoosh and appetizers, fried kuba grape leafs hummus, baba ghannouj. The guests were mixtures of Arabs , and Americans. They were ALL very happy and enjoyed the food that they had to go back for seconds, dance and go for third. Mohammad kept the buffet open until nearly the end, I was surprised that the food stayed warm and the meat was not dry The Kunfa and baklawa for dessert was heaven. Tasted alot better than the wedding cake. All the guests were asking who was the catering company. I can keep going on and on about the food and service because honestly it was impressive. Thank you Mohammad and his beautiful crew that made my son's wedding VERY BEAUTIFUL AND SPECIAL. THIS RESTAURANT DESERVES MORE THAN 5...

I went to this restaurant with my wife who is 100% Lebanese. We ordered the beef kabob plate and kabobji combo, vegetarian mezza, sfiha, and cheese rolls. For starters, we were very impressed with the fresh bread. You can tell it had just been taken out of the oven. The restaurant has their own oven for bread and you can see them baking it while you eat. To start off, the mezza came with vegetarian grape leaves, baba ghanouj, hummus, falafel and tabouli. My wife loves tabouli and so we asked to substitute the falafel for extra tabouli. The mezza came out and presentation was excellent. Grape leaves were juicy and delicious. The hummus and baba ghanouj were flavorful and had just the right amount of garlic and tahini. Very good. However, what made me downgrade my review from 5 to 4 stars is the tabouli and sfiha. The tabouli did not appear or taste fresh at all. It looked as if it had been sitting in the refrigerator all day. The meat on the sfiha did not appear to be cooked as well as we would have liked. We would have liked it to be more crunchy. But everything else was so delicious. The beef kabob plate was cooked to perfection. My wife ordered it with fries and we got extra garlic sauce for dipping. The plate came with two large beef skewers and portion was very generous. The kabobji combo was also delicious and portion was huge; coming with kafta, beef kabob, and chicken tawouk. The kabobji combo is enough for sharing between two people. Overall, I would come back to this restaurant again but would not get the tabouli or sfiha. The cheese rolls were alright, but would have been better if stuffed with mozzarella cheese instead of feta like traditional Lebanese rakakat. Our waiter was Manuel and he did a great job taking care of me...

Maybe this review will be helpful.

Some restaurants I go to have fresh and delicious food.

Some restaurants have a clean and comfortable atmosphere.

Some restaurants make better food in person, and some restaurants make better quality delivery food.

Some restaurants the server is pleasant and gets the correct food to your table and in a timely manner.

Unfortunately,

I read many of the reviews and I believe tgat some customers are not foodies and they don't understand what to order and then complain when they do not understand the flavor profile for the food they ordered.

As in any restaurant, study the restaurant menu before you show up. To order blindly off the menu when you show up is naive!

I know this cuisine very well. There are fresh offerings on this menu. Do not choose items that are not prepared fresh.

Stay away from large entrees. Only try fresh salads and appetizers. No way anyone can expect the management or staff to be friendly. The rude behavior is because the owner takes short cuts in ingredients, and they try to get every dollar from your table. They are only interested in conserving money and charging you the customer high prices.

Everyone's comments about the owners disrespect and the staff sound true to me !

The better reviews that tell a story that they enjoyed the food I believe because the customer ordered what they like and food that they enjoy and are likely hungry.

Overall, it seems unreliable food quality and the staff when confronted with an issue will make for a terrible visit. If you notice the complainers have rude responses from staff and owner.

Go elsewhere this may rejuvenate the staffs commitment to be professional.

Respect...
