Another Manolo that exceeds the expectation. Juliana (Manager) and Mariana, our waitress made a business night very special and the name Manolo a reference of a great place to eat and chill but also do business.
The new Romeo & Juliet desert is amazing although I wanted more guava sauce because it was so delicious and wished the cup was larger.
The passion fruit shots were the stars on our table and the bartender showed us which cachaça they used (aged 2 years). If you want to know you need to go down to taste it 😉
The environment differs from the Manolo in Deerfield but the quality is the same and for a restaurant that is expanding across the US, consistency is key. I know I can go to any Manolo and have an amazing experience.
Congratulations.
I took only one picture because of the meeting but the restaurant was packed, the music was going and the atmosphere was buzzing with lots of people enjoying a great night. I have more pictures from Deerfield, check my review there.

Read moreI went out to dinner with my girlfriend at this Brazilian restaurant in the north of Miami and, despite the pleasant atmosphere and food with that authentic taste of Brazil, the experience fell short in some important aspects. We started off well, with friendly service from the waitresses, but the constant insistence on ordering more items was a bit uncomfortable. To my surprise, an item was added to my order without my request, which already created an initial discomfort.
The worst part came when it was time to pay: the bill had an 18% tip automatically added, under the pretense of being a ‘service fee.’ Here in the U.S., tipping is a customer’s choice, and forcing that payment is definitely unwelcome. Despite the charm of the place and the attentive service, these practices end up harming the experience and the restaurant’s image. Adjusting these issues would make all the difference in turning a good meal into a truly...
Read moreWent in with my family of 5 on a Friday night for dinner when they had live music. I was shocked at how much they CHARGED US for the “ARTISTIC COMMISSION”: $30 PER PERSON in our table! The total cost of the artistic commission was just as expensive as all the food and drinks we ordered. UNBELIEVABLE and unacceptable. We were NOT INFORMED OF THIS CHARGE at any point when making our reservation or found it written anywhere on the menu. And the PERFORMANCE WASN’T EVEN GOOD: too loud and muffled for one to even enjoy it. The food is good and service is fast but I WON’T RETURN BECAUSE OF THE UNANNOUNCED CHARGES. I have never dined at a restaurant where FEES ARE NOT ANNOUNCED during the moment you make a reservation or found written on the menu. What Boteco do Manolo did is borderline...
