My family decided to try kosher Chinese here on March 2. The place was empty on Sunday afternoon. First red flag should have been the server claiming that there were no lunch specials today - even though nothing anywhere on the menu or in the restaurant or web page no where does it say that lunch was only Monday to Friday. The food was mediocre - heavy on the sodium to a ridiculous point. The service wasn't good - server wanted to charge us additional $4 for Chinese wonton crackers after the first small bowl. But what was worse was the total cost. We were placing a tip in cash when we saw the SERVICE CHARGE !!! BEWARE!! We didn't notice and were flustered. I should have taken all the tip money back but that server was staring at us so I only took back part of it. Later at home we realized they charged us additional $2 for each entree for "beef" Thing is THESE WERE BEEF ENTREE TO BEGIN WITH!! On top of lousy service & food we got ripped off twice by a service charge and extra money for meat entree and no there was no mention of this anywhere. Read moreThe employees are so rude! and sadly have a attitude for almost every little thing. I just had a simple question about the food I was ordering the men had an attitude with me and my friends. I’m not sure why he was upset, but we certainly didn’t deserve it and it was our first time. I came back the second time because I enjoyed the wings and egg roll. The second time was no different. I got the wrong order and I looked at him and I told him oh I think you guys got my order mixed up with somebody else the main PC to give me attitude and told me I was wrong. I ask for the Management he wouldn’t let me speak to them. I told him kindly I just want the right order because I honestly didn’t order this. It took about five minutes just to fix the problem. This whole experience made me feel so uncomfortable and I don’t recommend this to anybody even if the food is OK or good. Service here is pretty bad and nobody should be treated poorly and you shouldn’t be so aggressive!!. They definitely don’t care for the customers from my experience twice. Read moreAWFUL!!!! We ordered Szechuan beef and a dragon roll and got home to find they forgot our dragon roll and the beef tasted like they cooked it in baking soda instead of cornstarch. Not a big deal, we called and they gave us a store credit to use for the sushi. Well we came back to use it a few days later for a dragon roll again, but we’re given a chewy fishy clearly old sushi that has crab not shrimp thinking we wouldn’t realize the difference from what we ordered because they’re cheap and didn’t want to make us a new sushi to cost them money for a mistake they made. When we went in telling them they clearly gave us an old sushi that isn’t what we ordered they said they can’t remake it since it’s store credit. I had to spit it out it was inedible. I’ve NEVER been the person to judge a place for one mistake but this is a blatant disrespect and no care for the quality or care for customers....
