This place is a coin toss, the lack of consistency makes it unreliable and customer service will depend on who is in charge every day, due to my work I travel a lot and I've a special little corner in every place I am, North Miami Patagonia was a small and casual place on the way to my home , but I've been disappointed too many times, a man who's usually in charge is the one who has ruined my love for this place, giving me a hard time for things as simple as putting my fries on the side or refusing to take me a pick up order of more than $25 .. unfortunately I've seen this many times, the wrong person ruins a place and then it takes a lot of work to rebuild a loyal customer's base again, I wish the owners would pay more attention to detail and appreciate more the frequent customers, because we're those who keep these small businesses afloat, I've never returned since last argument with the manager about a simple order, there're too many nice places to eat something delicious in Miami, that's why I won't...

I’m beyond disappointed with our recent experience at the Patagonia store on 163. My family and I have been regular customers here for a long time, but what happened today has completely changed our view of this place.

When we arrived, we were shocked to see a lady sitting on one of the outdoor tables and chairs. She was openly smoking marijuana and, disturbingly, not wearing any underwear. We immediately informed the staff, expecting them to handle the situation. To our disbelief, they did absolutely nothing. They seemed entirely unconcerned, as if this was just a normal occurrence.

It’s astonishing that a store that prides itself on being a community hub would allow such an inappropriate situation to go unchecked. This was a horrible customer experience, and we’re deeply disappointed that the staff didn’t care enough to address it. We won’t be returning, which is unfortunate given how often we come here.

Patagonia, I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer service and...

Quick and easy low key lunch/brunch spot. Order and pay at the counter then sit down to enjoy. Good variety of baked empanadas. We had 6 different flavors and all were delicious, fresh, and flavorful. Our favorite was the mushroom (warning vegan, it has cheese) and the árabe (which is ground beef, lemon and union) I also tried an egg and ham miga which was light and fresh. We tried a couple of deserts also that were delicious. They sell some grocery items like meats for grilling, teas, sauces, condiments and breading for milanesas and all kinds of chocolates and cookies from Argentina. You can also pick up some Argentine wines. Next time I want to try on of their fairly priced meat dishes that come with 2 side dishes. This place is a chain with other locations in Doral, Sunny Isles, Hollywood and some other spots. I didn’t give 5 stars because they served our pastries on styrofoam plates. No one should be using...

Early morning quick stop - This Argentinian bakery is a delightful spot for anyone who enjoys the flavors of Argentina. Their baked empanadas are a standout—crispy on the outside and filled with delicious, savory ingredients ranging from classic beef to chicken, spinach, and cheese. Each bite transports you straight to Buenos Aires with its authentic taste and perfect seasoning. My favorite by far is the Corn Empanada (Humita). Their sweets are also spot on and are great for on the go with a coffee. The bakery offers a small but well-curated selection of wines that complement the food beautifully. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or stocking up for a gathering, this spot brings a true taste of Argentina to the area.
