Taco Bell — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

I recently had an experience with a employee named David in which he said he was the manager at the end of my experience however I had ordered a pintos and cheese and then I ordered a double stacked Taco came to $4.69 mind you I did that on the kiosk so when I went to the counter and paid the gentleman named David had a pouty look on his face and look like he didn't want to be there and snatched the money out of my hand first of all more or less he snapped his fingers in a flamboyant style and said honey baby I'm okay don't worry I'm good all this is good and a few seconds later I overheard him talking with the young lady that was working drive-thru say something about me saying I don't a f word what this bee is saying this is totally ridiculous he was cooking the food making the food the matter of fact can I have my money back he said I can't give you your money back I said I want my money back and then all the sudden he was able to give me my money back after I said I'm going to call corporate this is very inappropriate this is my local Taco Bell and this isn't the first time that I've had a problem with my food but they fix thathowever the gentleman named David who I'm speaking about was very unprofessional and if he is the manager I guess he needs some experience on being a manager I need a job and I can tell you one thing I would not be a manager like that first of all calling...

I went here last night with my Fiancee thru the drive thru to grab a quick bite and it was a total waste of money. The service is horrible they have some young kids working there that don't care about service. My fiancee's food was cold and prepared sloppy, the ingredients were just thrown inside the chalupa like whatever and the sour cream was squirted only on one side. She took one bite and couldn't eat it it was cold. I got a nacho Bell grande and the same thing there was only one little squirt of sour cream on one side and while at least my food was hot it was more chips than anything else all ingredients were reduced and the amount was very small. Speaking to the drive thru kid at the window he seems high on drugs and talked very low while we was trying to pay for our order. Also he had the order wrong which we noticed right away because the price was too high he has added things we didn't even order we had him correct it at the window where he spoke so low my fiancee had to hang her head out the window to hear him. He made no effort to speak up or anything looking high with slanted eyes and red eyes. I will never go to this place again. This took place last night at around 11pm...

Selena was working drive thru on 01/24 at 11:07 pm and we picked up an Uber eats order. Manager on shift did not want to provide her name. Super rude and disrespectful and no type of patience for the customers who’s coming to purchase food at this location. The smell in the store was also very disgusting and nobody had gloves on. The order took about 25 minutes to be completed. I’m a resident in NMB and this has to be the worst location of Taco Bell in our city. Working drive thru you have to have patience and be professional no matter what time it is. Please stop hiring high school kids because they are making your timer and business look super bad, if so please train them correctly and teach them how to treat your customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, just drive down the street to 6 ave you’ll definitely receive better service and hot fresh food. The excuse the manager on duty used is there’s only women working the shift when that was irrelevant because that has nothing to do with the service and customer service being provided...
