Ohla Tea — Restaurant in North Miami Beach

This is the worst boba shop I’ve ever been to. Incredibly rude staff and the drink was made horribly. It was my first time trying this place and I never will again. The Hispanic lady at the register was so rude and barely said more than 3 words to me. Barely let me get my order in. She heard me say one word and just charged my card and started making the tea. She didn’t give me a chance to give my topping and when I did ask her for one she made it seem as though she were extremely annoyed and charged me for it. This place is reaaaaally good, like really really good. Who would have thought that whipped cheese foam would be delicious in coffee? Not me! But it was. Their menu is so extensive, coffee, boba, tea, snacks, etc. There's something for everyone. The location hasn't had much luck by way of previous tenants but I really hope these guys make it bc I love coming here. Unfriendly Cashier Experience.

I recently visited Ohla Tea and unfortunately, my experience was not great due to the behavior of the cashier. While the milk teas/boba teas were good, the cashier was not friendly and made me feel unwelcome. She made a mistake and made us pay.

I found the cashier's demeanor to be unfriendly and unprofessional, and it made my experience at Ohla Tea less enjoyable. I hope that in the future, the staff will focus on providing a more positive and welcoming experience for...
