Some of the best rolled ice cream. I was sad for a while because I thought Taiwan Ice went out of business, but I saw the banner for this place while we headed to lunch at Al Chile Taco Bar. I think it's about the same size as the other place where they used to be, but now they are called Sweet and Salt. We had a big group, so we may have overwhelmed them a bit with our orders. We ordered 2 chocolate snow ice creams, which turned out to be huge for our young kids (looked like about 2 cups worth...oops). The 4 out of 6 adults got the rolled ice cream. Flavors ordered: cookies n cream, vanilla, chocolate, and honeydew. We placed the order through the touchscreen kiosks next to the entrance. All ice creams were labeled at the top, and you easily picked your flavor of ice cream, mix-ins, toppings, additional toppings, etc. I love chocolate and got an assortment of mix-ins (which might've confused the worker) - coconut flakes, Nutella, and reese's peanut butter cups. For topping, I just got fresh strawberry. It was soo good! My husband ordered the honeydew with sprinkles, and it tasted yummy and light. It was very refreshing - I never tried it before, so I was surprised. We, also, ordered the potted plant milk tea. I think it was just thai tea with some oreo cookie crumbles. It was tasty, too. Lemme tell you this small store front is incredible. The atmosphere is great, you get to see your food being made, there's both indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff are very friendly! I got the romantic lychee flavor (lychee green tea with fresh strawberries and raspberries) and it was so delicious! Flavorful and a nice balance of the three fruits, and a nice green tea that ties it all together. I also got the strawberry banana crepe with Nutella, which was also very good! Fresh strawberries and bananas, with a warm crepe, filled with fresh whipped cream and drizzled with Nutella! Honestly, love this place and everything about it. 10/10 experience, I'd definitely come back! ...
