Horrible customer service! The owner (or claiming to be) gives me a burnt pizza. I am not a picky type of person at all but, this pizza was black all around the crust and EVEN the CHEESE!! I politely ask if I can get another pizza because this pizza is obviously burnt. The lady claiming to be the owner looks at me with disgust and simply yells NO! I was shocked how an owner of a restaurant can not value its customer. Keep in mind I was loyal to this place for about an year I support small business. She then snatches the pizza box off my hands and throws it to the back. I continue to say calmly that I'll pretend that didn't happened and that if she can just make another pizza for me. She raises from the chair and bangs on the counter with both of her arms and looks at me straight in the eyes and says "get out my store!" I go on and say that I want to talk to the owner this is completely inappropriate and unacceptable! She claimed to be the owner! She then tells me go get your pizza somewhere else. Pizza Hut is around the corner. I was devastated how they treated me with such disrespect all because I refused to buy their burnt black pizza. It was totally unprofessional and uncalled for. I was embarrassed for there was people watching the whole incident. If there was an option of no stars I would definitely give this place just that! I would not recommend this...

Please take this lady off the front desk because you’ll lose all your customers. I ordered a large chicken pizza tonight and was told that I had to pay extra, no big deal. I re-ordered my pizza because the order was canceled. I got there my 3 year old daughter , she was all excited because that’s what she wanted for dinner. The lady told me that the order was canceled as soon as I told her that I was there to pick up a large chicken pizza, no big deal again. I tried to showe her my order confirmation # but she completely ignored me and proceeded to call Slice since that’s where I ordered through. Then I asked her if they are now going to make the order, she replied “NO THEY WILL MAKE IT TOMORROW AND ROLLED HER EYES” I then said you don’t have to be so rude, I’m a customer. SHE QUICKLY STOOD UP WITH HER HAND UP AS SHE WAS ABOUT TO SLAP ME. I said: “OH YEAH, YOU WANNA SLAP ME TOO?” She replied that she didn’t care. All this happened in front of my 3 year old.
