Simon lumiere restaurant Take Out & Delivery — Restaurant in North Miami

Do not order from this place, They like to post food online that’s not even ready yet. I Order legume thru Uber eat and the driver waited for an hour for the legume and the restaurant called me and told me it was going to take only 10 minutes. The driver waited and waited finally Uber freeze the money and cancelled the order.I order somewhere else from an Italian restaurant because I was really wanted to eat something and I was at work. I called the restaurant, Simon lumbered, mind you it was only 1:30 pm I spoke with the manager there she agreed she will give me a pate in exchange to keel customer service. I said okay when I get off work 6:30 I will come pick it up. She said okay I will wait for you at 6:30 pm I was in front of the restaurant cause I work not even 2 minutes away, but when I ask for the pate, everyone looked so lost and the manager was not even there. I will never order from there anymore. Ever. I’ve order a few times before and sometimes when they don’t have something they usually cancelled it but this time they try to make me wake while the cook? Why? Is it because they can tell by my last name that I’m Haitian? They don’t know how to do business....

This is the worst place to go eat at or order from they have bad service . I placed an order to day special legume and I was charged for beef and pate. First I called the lady said there there no patty I told her they charged me for it . She offered me soda or water for a replacement I told her it’s okay not to worry about it . So when I got my food it’s was dry turkey one piece with no meat. I called them back she got on the phone she was saying “okay okay” to everything I said and hung up in my face . The third time I called I was upset I explain to them that’s not what I order and she hung up I asked them to come get the food or refund me . The lady was like so what we give you turkey instead of beef we don’t have beef. I explain to her if there wasn’t beef I should of been told that not just give what y’all feel the food is not in the trash cause I don’t eat turkey . They hung up and told me stop calling they store . I am never order from that place again evetone save your money and time these people are rude and don’t know how to run a...

Never knew about the place until I found them on Google and found out they delivered. I called in and it was so busy but the young lady still took her to me to explain to me what was on the menu and put in my order. She put me on hold a few times but it was fine. She always came back and reassured me it would only be a few moments. After she put me on hold one last time she came back and apologized about how busy it was and put me on the phone with a gentleman who politely helped me and processed my order. I received my order in a timely fashion and everything was great. I will be ordering from here...
