Wendy's — Restaurant in North Miami

I was in the drive thru for 11 minutes after they asked me if I wanted to try the new burrito breakfast and I said no thank you and I told them I had a car for free breakfast sandwiche and they never answered me back, then I moved to the window and nobody came to me to offer help to hen I pulled up forward and got out of my car walked in the dining room and try talking to someone and everyone ignored me till a Younger lady came and told me to wait a second witch became 8 more minutes and then took my order and came back with my sandwich 5 minutes later. Also when you get to the window to get your order they tell you to back up because of the clock they worry about the clock for two or three minutes, but don’t worry about a customer being there for 25 minutes is a shame. Remember that this is a fast food restaurant with a drive thru that should have you out within 3-5 minutes!!! and I was almost late to work. Is ridiculous and disrespectful to customers to be ignored and not helped right away and at least say good morning or hello don’t ignore your customer. Also, they need to clean up that kitchen. Everything was dirty and the ladies look like they didn’t want to be there. They should go home and retire if they don’t wanna work,...

To those of us loving healthy food now and then. Here's a trip to Wendy's that makes you want a slice of cake!

The Supervisor was doing most of the work just an overservation. The cashier kept her back to me for over 2 minutes before acknowledging me,and by then the supervisor had already came over and confirmed my order was a Taco Salad... The cashier finally turns around and says, "you ordered two of them right?' looking in two burger sized bags...I was scared to answer her for fear of what might come out of my mouth... But, it began with "Listen, you...) so, I just shook my head and said, "1".

Then the supervisor showed up withthe salad and grabbed a plastic salad bag from an area near the cashier! So, I paid the cashier and roll out.

Finally get to eat it just to learn...I've got to MAKE MY OWN TACO SALAD! adding the ingredients they gave that's the cream chese, & salsa sauce. They give you a knife & fork.... I needed them for cutting up thick long leaves of lettuce. To add injury to insult it did not even taste very good at all. They gave me cup of chili this is My 1st salad at Wendy's and not sure if the chili is standard or suspect? 2 🌟 🌟 for the 🌮 🌮 TACO SALAD 🌮 🌮

wish i could give 0 stars. parked here at 11 pm and my car gets towed one hour later, i came before restaurant closes and my car is gone. i asked two employees both declined to know anything about the situation or where my car could be. i call north miami police and find out my car has been towed ten minutes away from the location. two hours after being towed and $186 later, i get my car back. the towing company said employees reported my car, gave a exact description of one of the employees i spoke with, and that person said ‘i have no idea sweetheart’. absolutely disgraceful and just downright wrong. i am a loyal wendy’s customer - i am a rewards member, have the app, always give positive reviews to the locations i visit. this made me so upset - why couldn’t they post a sticker on my car prior to towing? i would have seen it prior to closing and known for next time not to leave for an extended period. there was another vehicle there parked just fine.. so so disappointed with this treatment, at least be upfront and tell people where they can find their car.. i believed my car was stolen before contacting...
