Hello, yesterday morning for lunch I had went to Brooklyn bagels to get a breakfast sandwich with no cheese. The cashier was nice. Once I received my sandwich I headed back to school and ate my lunch there, just to realize there was cheese on it(I hate cheese). So I didn’t make a big deal and just tried to push it aside and eat half. Since there was cheese on it I gave the other half to my brother. Mind you we both have African American curls, as he’s eating the sandwich he pulled a blondish gray hair from the sandwich. So I called Brooklyns 2 times yesterday no answer. So I called 3 times today (no answer once again). And my friend had called 7 times because she was with me (no answer) in not making a big deal out of it but all I wanted was to work something out and get a refund or something to compensate. This feels very unprofessional and tmi I did end up having a sour stomach to the point where I was running to the bathroom because of it. So it’s not sanitary also. Don’t get me wrong I love it there but this visit was...
Read moreEmployee named Matt decided to prepare my food WITHOUT GLOVES and a piss poor attitude. Keep in mind, he had to get into the cream cheese case without them as well. He then proceeded to throw them on the dirty counter unwrapped. I also asked for my bagels toasted, he ran them through the toaster- knowingly gave them to us cold and not a hint of "toasted" on them. His demeanor was extremely off putting. I really enjoyed him slamming the garbage/cupboards behind our booth when changing them- again without gloves(imagine what else hed touched before preparing our food). It is was so nice knowing my food was prepared by this guy, let me tell you. The gal he was working with was great, polite, and remade our food WITH GLOVES- and actually cared to warm the bagels. Wont be...
Read moreI went here for the first time to try it out. I ordered a simple iced coffee with heavy whipping cream. He said they only have half and half (I cannot have that due to dietary restriction, sounds weird I know). My cashier told me they don't have that. A woman working beside my cashier stated in his ear "we have heavy whipping cream in the back." My cashier looked at her and said "yeah we can't serve that..." (and I didn't pay attention to the rest once he said that) I stated, "oh, it's just a diet restriction." He said okay and I ended up paying $3 for coffee and ice cubes because I didn't wanna make a scene and walk out. Literally the worst coffee shop customer experience. Im not worth it as a customer enough to serve me...
