I’ve tried the place out and the treats were good, customer service was horrible though. I’ve tried twice in person and once through doordash. About 10 minutes after ordering through doordash I received a call saying that I didn’t order enough and had to add more, the woman on the phone then said she would fulfill the order this one time but next time she wouldn’t allow it. The woman working both times I went in was hostile and snippy for no reason. I usually don’t post reviews but I’ve never been treated as such in a public establishment. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Sugar Shack was frustrating enough to warrant one. The biggest issue wasn’t even the food (which was mediocre at best)—it was the owner. Incredibly rude, condescending, and completely dismissive of any feedback. When I politely asked about an incorrect order, they acted like I was wasting their time and made snide comments loud enough for other customers to hear. Nana's Sugar Shack has delicious, well presented and the best baked goods I've ever tasted! New item - strawberry lemon cinnamon roll. Perfect balance between sweet & sour! Beautiful to look at and even better tasting!!! Unique pairing that is so satisfying. Go in and try today! Tried her pumpkin cinnamon rolls and they're out of this world!
