Read moreThe Papa Murphy's store located 2641 North Washington Blvd. in North Ogden is very nice! The store is always clean and organized, and the staff members are always very welcoming towards the customers as they walk into, and exit, the store. I have both called to place an order and have ordered online. Each time I have called to place an order, the staff member who answered my call was very pleasant and helpful (if I had questions), as well as patient with me if I was indecisive on what I was going to get. Sometimes I had question(s) and he/she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Likewise, if I placed an order online and came in to pick it up, my order was placed nicely and well organized, adjacent of the staff's work counter, and organized alongside other online orders that other customers had made online. And again, I was greeted by cheerful voices.
The friendly service that was given to me and others who were in the store placing an order(s) or paying for their order(s) at the same time as I was picking up my online order -- it is because of the type of service I recieved, and type of service that I noticed others receiving, that will keep me coming to this store every time!

Tried calling multiple times at 7:30 and no answer. Finally decided to go in at 7:45 to get my birthday dinner for myself and my family since they obviously weren’t going to answer the phone. When I got there, they told me they wouldn’t take my order because they were almost done closing. At 7:50!!!! So when asked why they wouldn’t answer the phone, they said “Yeah, we turn our phones and online ordering off at 7:30.” Ok really??? You don’t even have to wait for ovens or fryers to cool off!!!! If you’re going to stop helping customers at 7:30 then change your freaking operating hours to say you close at 7:30. Employees close shop and get ready to go AFTER business hours.
