Taco Time — Restaurant in North Ogden

This place is one of my favorite places to eat at. I love the crisping burritos and the nachos are really good. I have gone the past 2 times and my Nacho order was completely wrong. They made the nachos with black beans in it, and I don't know why they put black beans because there's not even black beans on the order. The time I went to get this order. There were 3 girls just sitting by the drive through just smoking and eating. Their 3 workers, it was actually quite disgusting. Teenage boy that takes the orders at the drive. Through. Is always high on marijuana. You can tell by his eyes. I called the first time I not to order was wrong and Lexi. Told me to come back and get a new one. I did go back and get that one replaced. The second time my nacho order was wrong. I called again and advised her that they had put black beans on it, and it was not made correctly, and she said, yeah. To come back and get that I went back today to get it and she said, it's not on my board. I can't give it to you and I said, well it was wrong. She wouldn't even come to the drive through and talk to me. She had the boy tell me everything she wanted to say or she wanted me to know. Completely disrespectful, very, very terrible customer service skills. I feel like if I paid for the nachos. I don't care if it's one time or a 100 times that you guys made it wrong. It should be replaced. I will not be going back. And also the boy in the drive through. He's high and just acts like he's in a daze, and he also has boogers and stuff all over his mouth, which is...

Very Bad service highly recommend not going here. Tonight went there there was 2 cars at drive up no one inside. So we went in and ordered. 20 minutes later still have not gotten our food . Had my 2 year old with me he was trying to be patient waiting for our food. I seen two of our items sitting on the tray getting cold the whole time. So I finally went up to ask for my money back at that time they argued with me to the point another customer told them they needed to stop. The girl that was out cleaning the lobby was staring my 2 year old down. So after they returned my money I asked for manger/owners # so I could report the service we just got. 3 people was working one disappeared and didn't put our crisp meat Burritos down. So it even delayed us getting our food. But they tried blaming it on us. No wonder Taco Times are going broke. Its sad . I will move this forward to Taco Times Franchise. Highly suggest not to support this North Ogden Taco Time. They will be gone next with that kind of service. Hope they figure it out cause we won't be back and we will put the word out there. Have been visiting this taco Time for about a year now since I moved up to this part of town. I am making this review in regards to the changes that the new management has made. They. Took. Away. Breakfast. If you're visiting this location then there's a fair chance you're in a car and can drive to the taco Time on the freeway and 400 where they still serve all day breakfast. When I queried the lady behind the counter (obviously an owner) about the breakfast menu she was very rude and condescending to me regarding her choice to no longer serve breakfast. I work in an industry where customer service is not only important but absolutely top priority. This taco Time location is a must miss. And not only for the rude treatment I received but also the cleanliness of the store with sticky floors and dirty tables too. Hard pass. I don't often leave negative reviews so I waited nearly a month after my first visit since new owners and even visited for lunch to make sure my review wouldn't be based off one bitter woman's rough morning.
