My fiancé and I have been going to this location for a few years and it has always been below average compared to other locations. The portions are so inconsistent from employee to employee. The rice is always either under cooked or has way too much lime in it that you don’t even taste rice. The staff is rude for the most part but you do get some people who have good customer service here and there. The only reason I am even submitting this review is because we visited this location a couple months ago and saw that they were only taking online orders when we were just there the day before. There was a employee bringing food out for mobile orders so my fiancé and I asked him why they were closed and he said that a couple employees tested positive for COVID-19 the day before and he said they couldn’t have anybody inside because of that. There is no way that they properly sanitized the whole entire location in 12 hours. They should have been shut down in my opinion instead of putting customers at risk by staying open the next business day. The employee also was not wearing a mask properly. We asked him what Covid precautions they were taking and he did not have a response. After this location opened up to where you can go inside to order again every single thing that we ordered was an up charge. My fiancé and I only like Rice, meat, cheese, and corn salsa. We were up charged for the tortilla $.25 a piece. I was up charged $.25 because I asked for extra corn salsa on my bowl. I was up charged $.25 because I wanted extra white rice. Before the pandemic they never have done this to us especially because we only like 5 things on the menu. Also when they said there was going to be an up charge for it they kind of gave us an attitude while letting us know there would be an up charge. We were frustrated and just said to go ahead and charge us extra because we like our food a certain way and we’re not going to get some thing we don’t like so we did end up paying extra for it. We asked why everything was being up charged and their response was “WE HAVE TO MAKE UP FOR WHAT WE LOST DURING THE PANDEMIC”. I could not believe that this was their answer. Some people aren’t working as much or don’t even have a job because of the pandemic and you are going to charge people more money for a mediocre meal. I will never again visit this location. This is the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life and it sucks that it is right down the street from me. Me and my fiancé have to drive another 10 minutes out of our way to go to the Fairview Park location because they are the only chipotle close by that actually knows how to make food that tastes good. They also are the only location that provides quality customer service. They also do not up charge us for every single thing that we get so we appreciate that as well. The so call manager is a horrible human, I was talking with another customer when this so call Manger ask me in a very nasty way if I was going to pay for the customer order, I told her no she proceeded to tell me not to talk to her customer, so I responded back to her and she stated she not going to server me and she the Manger and to leave her store and she will call the police, so I said and did not leave there were customers coming in she over looked me like she said but she also did not wait on the other customers she went to the back and told the customers to wait. One of the customers stayed outside for he was going to be my witness when the police come but they didn't another person came got my attention and stated he was another manager he also knows I come in here all the time after talking with him he decided he will comp me my order and also he would fix the order I was not looking to get anything comp I can pay for my order just wanted your horrible manager to apologize. Read moreI ordered two of the chicken bowls with extra Chicken on the side extra chicken in my bowl and six tortillas on the side and extra sides of corn and tomatoes and stuff always get the same thing at every Chipotle that I go to. It was a horrible experience everyone was very rude everyone behind the counter and the cashier were very rude. They're trying to charge me for extra stuff the corn and tomato and lettuce and all that stuff is not extra the only stuff that is extra is the meat the vegetables and the guacamole everything else I should not be charged for those items Chipotle has never been run like that I was told by the cashier that every place is different that's ridiculous the person that helped me at the register was Dakota and very frustrated with him at the North Olmsted Ohio location.
