I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely had to take the time to shout out Marcus at Mattress Firm for the outstanding service he provided during our visit. From the moment we walked through the doors, Marcus made us feel welcome and genuinely taken care of. He greeted us with a friendly smile, listened closely to what brought us in, and never once made us feel like we were just another sale.

What really stood out was how intentional he was in learning about our individual sleep needs. He didn’t just point us toward the most expensive options—he asked thoughtful questions about how we sleep (side vs. back vs. stomach), whether we run hot or cold at night, if we experience any pain or discomfort in the mornings, and even considered our sleep schedules. It really felt like he was trying to solve a problem, not just sell a mattress.

Marcus also respected our budget without ever making us feel limited. He was honest and transparent about pricing, and he found several great options that matched what we were comfortable spending. Even while staying within our price range, he showed us a variety of mattresses at different comfort levels and explained the pros and cons of each. Best experience at the Mattress firm in North Olmsted. my husband and I been searching for a mattress for some time now. We have been driving past this place for a couple months and said what the heck let's give it a try. We walked in and was welcomed by Michael the store manager. Let's just say we had the best experience in purchasing a new bed. We were looking around for about 30 minutes, and then my husband asked Michael what bed helps with bad pain. He took us over to the sterns & Foster mattresses. We were not looking to spend almost $7000 on a bed but let me tell you, this has been the Best Purchase we have did in a LONG time. We received a king size sterns & foster mattress, a bed frame that sits you like you are in a reclining position, and 2 brand new cool/hot pillows, let's just say I haven't heard my husband snore in almost 3 weeks while sleeping on this set, we've been sleeping way better then we have in a very long time, my husbands back pain has been getting better. Great pick for us Michael we highly appreciate you directing us to the perfect Mattress. After making our bed purchase, about 4 days later we decided to come back to get our teenagers' new mattresses and box springs. Let's just say they were super excited to even hear NEW BEDS. We were in and out the store within an hour with 2 more new mattresses and 2 new box springs. Now that its been about a week or 2 since we received them and slept on them. Walked in looking for a King size cooling hybrid mattress. Was greeted right away by Lara. Told her what I was looking for. She was quick to point me in the direction of what I was searching for. I had stopped at 2 other mattress stores prior and they all focused on the high end brands and costs. Even after telling them I was on a limited budget. For I purchased a new bedroom set strictly on impulse and did not think through the fact that I had to purchase all new bedding, sheets, mattress covers, pad. I currently have a queen bed with plenty of these items. She listened to my needs and concerns. She took me to the back and showed me a couple and I layed on a couple and found the one I liked. Still it was more than what I was wanting to spend. Lara says to me “I want to earn your business. She managed to work down the price on the one I liked. Still was more than I really wanted to spend. So I said “ok let me stop at a few more places and see what I might find if not I will be back”. Then Lara asked me, “are you concerned about the warranty”? I said “not really because I’ve never taken advantage of warranty on any of my previous mattresses”. She said “let me check our warehouse to see if we have any mattresses that have been returned, but since removed out of wrapping we can’t sell as new”. So she checked and found the exact same mattress I was looking at the warehouse at a very nice discount. I told her “great I will take it”!
