TL;DR: I wish I could give the service zero stars. I would never recommend reserving anything for a large group here â unreliable, disorganized, and rude.
I booked a reservation for 15 for 8 PM to celebrate my birthday. Rick (the owner is what I was told) confirmed multiple times via text that only a few of us needed to be there by 7:15 and the rest could arrive by 8. I even called the morning of to ask if a few could come early at 6:30 â he said that was fine and even thanked me for giving the heads-up. So we discussed my reservation on 3 separate days. Twice in writing.
When we arrived, there was no reservation and no available tables. Thankfully, one incredibly delightful bartender (long dark straight hair - Iâm sorry I don't remember your name!) stepped up and arranged for 15 bar seats for us to save the night.
I assume shift change happened because the new bartender that came on was insanely rude, completely dismissed/didnât care what had been arranged, and gave the seats away by 7:45. We were told we âcanât expect them to save seatsâ despite the fact that weâd already been there for over an hour waiting for our party to arrive â per the agreement I had with the owner. Her attitude was nasty, condescending, and completely unprofessional â she clearly has no business working at a job where she has to interact with others.
I called the owner to address the issue, and he declined the call, texted me that he had bad reception, and then claimed I had been told the full party had to be there by 7:15 - which I proved to be a lie by replying with screenshots of our previous conversation a week prior. He read the texts and never responded again.
The food was good, and Iâm incredibly grateful for the one bartender who went out of her way to try and make things right. But overall, the experience was disappointing and poorly handled at best. What should have been a fun and simple birthday celebration turned into a frustrating and frankly...
Read moreI went here last night and had a blast with my friend and brother! We played a lot of pool, And drink quite a bit. They had a Dj but he didn't really play a lot of good songs and the fun songs he did play they were mixes which was kind of annoying. It was till nice tho. The 3 bartenders that were there were pretty great until we wanted one more round to end the night. For some reason The bartender with black hair and tattoos (don't know her name) she didn't want to serve my brother anymore. I asked her why and She didn't get any explanation on why he was cut off. None of us were intoxicated. I drunk way more than my brother did, but She told us that me and my friend could get drinks but not him. "either 2 or none" she said. She came off as very disrespectful and I don't understand why because everything was going great. We spent a lot of money there. I spent over 50 bucks myself. Me and my group we're having a blast until she killed it! I don't think I'm gonna come here anymore, and im pretty sure my friend and brother won't either. Not only was she disrespectful but it was also embarrassing. He has never experienced that before and neither have I at any bar went too. I would hope the person in charge of this 2 bucks sees this review and at the very least pull her aside and let her know she could have handled the situation better. I don't see no problem with giving a reason to stop serving somebody if they ask. I believe she was in her feelings for some reason.... On a side note, My brother Didn't put a total on his receipt and the bartender did let us know about it. She didn't have to do that so that was very kind...
Read moreMy wife and I were there last night for New Years Eve and things were going decently even though we had to get our own drinks and order our food at the bar like we were at McDonalds. Anyway we were seated about 15 feet in front of patio door and it was closed most of the night until about 11:30 when some nitwit decided to open the doors wide open and let the 35 degree weather blow all over us. It got uncomfortable for us especially for my wife so she went and asked them to close the door and they refused saying the manager told them to open the doors for what reason I don't and they didn't say. An argument ensued and one of the girls outside got really huffy with my wife so she and I left. Now, if the manager told them to do this I'll have nothing more to do with this place. Ever. There are 20 other places within 10 miles of this place who wouldn't treat their...
